The house was very clean. Very close to all the local shops and eateries. We really liked the spacious feel and layout of the gorgeous house. The management company was quick to answer any questions we haf before and during our stay. Cannot recommend this house enough.

Check-in and check-out were super easy. The home was clean and inviting. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare and enjoy meals. The location was excellent—we were able to walk to the square to shop and eat. Parking is on the street, but it was easy to find a spot. I absolutely loved staying here!

Beautiful new property

This was a beautiful new home in a perfect location to all the restaurants and college. Communication was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. The only issue and it was small was the floors hadn’t seemed to have been cleaned very well. Other than that, everything else was clean and beds and we’re all super comfortable. Would definitely recommend

WOW what a great place!

This property was phenomenal. We stayed here over a long weekend in the spring. It was during UofA's spring break, so Fayetteville was relatively quite. The host was exceptionally prompt in communications, and checked in with us often to make sure everything was going well. The house itself was well furnished and appointed, and we were all very comfortable. My only message to would-be travelers is that although the property has a garage, unless you're driving a compact car, don't expect to be able to use it. We gave up trying to Austin Powers our midsized SUV in there, and instead opted for parking on the street. There was ample street parking, but I'm not sure if this would be any different when school is in session. Other than that minor inconvenience (which did not really detract from our experience), this property exceeded all our expectations.

Great Trip

We had a great 4 night stay at Hog Haus. The property was the perfect space for 4 adults. It was clean and well supplied with lots of towels, sheets, kitchen supplies, etc. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the square and campus. We had an issue with heat (no heat for 2 days) but the management comapny was very responsive in solving the problem and stayed in constant contact with us. We would definitely stay again!

Spring break

Our family was visiting the University of Arkansas and the Walton Art Center. It was super easy to get to the university and all downtown had to offer. The space was welcoming and large enough for three teenagers and two parents. The beds were comfy and the Pac-Man game kept the teenagers and parents busy.

Excellent! Highly Recommend!

The house was a perfect location for our mom's weekend with Pi Phi. Easy drive to campus and Dickson. Exactly as described. Very clean!!! Lots of towels and amenities provided. Quiet. Beds very very comfortable, and the black out curtains are amazing. All bedrooms are upstairs, so everyone in your group needs to be able to do stairs. We had two vehicles and parking on the street was not a problem at all. Communication with property manager was over the top incredible. She wants to make sure everything is perfect while you are there. We will definitely be back

Great place close to UofA!

We stayed here to move our daughter in at UofA. It was very nice and super clean. They were very easy to work with and even let us check in an hour early so we could relax before heading to campus to unload the cars. Would definitely stay again!!

Amazing Arkansas Home

Clean and well appointed house

This house was super clean and had everything we could have wanted! Our family of five really enjoyed the house layout and we were all very comfortable! As noted by others if you have a large suv it will not fit in the garage although parking right outside front door was perfect. We also walked to a great place to eat just a few minutes away. Would definitely this house!

The Hog house is our favorite place to stay. It is close to the university and big enough for everyone to have their own space! The house has all the things you might need for a late night snack and breakfast in the AM... just bring your food!

Quick trip

This house was well thought out & comfortable, spacious for our family & in a great location. The only thing we were not expecting was the tight parking in the garage. We have a Highlander & it was tricky getting in the garage. If you have a suburban, probably impossible. There is one spot to park in the street but we needed that for another car. But if this is not an issue for you, wonderful place to stay!
