The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. Easy access to trails for hiking and the bridge and visitor center. Great walkability to many restaurants.

We had trouble with the TV and the host made every effort to get the problem fixed. She took the trouble of setting up a TV from another unit to get us a working TV. We appreciated her efforts.The apartment is very centrally located with numerous eating establishments nearby and within walking distance.

The location was fantastic and an easy walk to the town. So close to The Secret Sandwich Society which is a place you don’t want to sleep on. Thank you for the clean and nice place to stay.

When we arrived there was a hole in the wall. Later in the evening we discovered a completely destroyed bed frame that made the bed unable to sleep in. We were left at 10pm at night with trying to find another place to stay. Host was apologetic but all of this could have been avoided if property was properly inspected before the next guest.

Cozy Apartment

Cute and cozy apartment close to downtown. Very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our getaway. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful and comfortable

This was a great place to stay while exploring and relaxing in the area for a couple days. The town was lovely with local restaurants and shops. Only a few minutes away from hiking and adventures in New River Gorge National Park. The property was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again!

Great stay!

Cozy Court was a great accommodation for a long weekend! It was very clean, exactly as pictured and an easy walk to everything in town. While I did not need anything from the host during my stay, Brandie was communicative at check-in, which was super easy. I recommend this spot for your getaway!

Cozy little apartment

This little apartment had everything we needed for our stay in the area to visit relatives. Everything was clean and the check-in and checkout was simple. My wife and I enjoyed our time in the area and this apartment was perfect for our stay. Thanks for a job well done.

Perfect for two!

LOVED the cozy apartment! Tastefully decorated and plenty of space for two. The location is perfect...you're within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shops. It had everything we needed for a quick weekend getaway. Thank you, Brandie and Brian!

Perfect for 2 people on the go.

Such a wonderful location. We could walk to downtown shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was cute, clean and a small but mighty kitchen. It had everthing we needed and nothing that we didn't. I would absolutely stay again or recommend this place to others.

Home Base for visiting the National Park

The listing was as described, getting in was fast and easy. The apartment was clean, and had everything we needed. It was close to several restaurants, and the gas station was just down the street. The apartment worked great for a home base to visit the national park, and multiple state parks.

The Good: This a very efficient studio apartment perfect for 2 people. It was very clean. The fully stocked kitchen had everything you can imagine. It is within walking distance to everything in Fayetteville. Check in/out was effortless. Off street parking. Cautions: There are 16 outside steps to this second-floor apartment. The eating table is not useable due to size of the apartment, location and the appliances there on. While there is a couch, it would only be suitable for a small child to sleep on. The bed was very soft to the point I sank in. Parking in the rear of the building where the apartment is located, is very tight. However, there is more parking in the front of the building where larger vehicles are easily accommodated. Al in all, I would recommend this VRBO.

Nice little place close to everything we needed in Fayetteville. Great food options and coffee shop nearby. (Pies and pints - walkable, Bridge Brew Works - few min drive). Super close to the New River Gorge and ACE rafting. Mattress on bed a bit worn and could have been better. Shower, kitchen and seating area exactly what we needed. Very nice decorations, local info very helpful too.

Excellent location. Walk to shopping and dining. Very clean. Older apartment that was remodeled. Owners very responsive. Cons: noise from road, bed slept soft, some may like that, I prefer a firmer mattress.

Great Location and As Advertised

All was as expected for our stay. Enjoyed the location and accommodations. Host was quick to respond on my questions. If I missed the wi-fi information in the unit that is one me. If not my only suggestion is to have that posted on the welcome information.

Perfect Location for New River Gorge

We loved our visit to New River Gorge! The location and price of the apartment was perfect. It was a short drive to hikes and the New River Gorge Visitor Center, and we loved that we could walk to all of the restaurants in Fayetteville. A few minor adjustments to the apartment: fixing the bed so it's not sagging to one side, larger and darker curtains for blocking the morning sun in the bedroom, handles on the cabinets in the kitchen, and deeper cleaning between stays (there was trash underneath the bed) and this would be a 5 star review.
