This basement apartment is better than described. The host is very quick to reply and always accommodating. I ended up staying an extra week because I found it so homey. When it got colder than expected, she dropped off extra blankets and an extra comforter. The layout helps create 3 or 4 separate spaces - bedroom, kitchen, and then living & dining (together). The wifi signal was strong and being able to manage my own thermostat was appreciated. The driveway is a bit tricky at night, but the blue lights that border it make backing in a little easier. The instructions were very detailed for absolutely everything. The kitchen is very well equipped with appliances, pots/pans, storage containers, and utensils. It's missing a dishwasher but handwashing wasn't a problem. There was no sound from the tenants above, so I was able to sleep great each night. I'd certainly book again when I'm in the Fayetteville area. It's 4 minutes from the nearest grocery store and pizza place. And it's 8 minutes from larger grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
