"The hosts were very accommodating for us to check in early. The back yard was great for our dog. We watched Jan and her riding lessons with her students!! Jan and Rob were great to talk to !! The area was beautiful. Bed , towels , and everything was so good. They even had ice for us - which rarely happens. We brought a bag and left it We love to return again. We got the horses!! They are beautiful. "

"There was cockroachs an the trash was piled up at the end of the drive. The house was dirty, mouse bedding in the kitchen cabinets.Only one tv in the whole house. Over all very poorly maintained! "
