"Lovely room, clean with plenty of space. Very comfortable bed and everything provided that you would need.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. This was despite the fact that they were dealing with flooding outside the pub following a storm."

"Our stay was fantastic.
Me and my husband share the same birthday. I had arranged it with the staff that they would leave balloons blown up in our room prior to arrival. They did this with no worries.
Room was excellent. Hot tub awesome.
Food was phenomenal.
We've already booked to return next year."

"There are not many places to stay in Wimborne. This is probably the best. Don’t expect elevators or lots of modern conveniences here. This is a 16th century hotel with narrow staircases and our room had beamed ceilings and a copper bathtub. What is great is that it is right in the won center and has enough free and secure parking so you don’t need to use a public carpark."

"The location was perfect for us as we were going to the theatre. (2 minute walk).
Walking to town didn’t take much longer and we enjoyed looking around.
The lady that checked us in was very friendly and offered advice about where to visit. It was nice to be greeted with a smile and the same for when we went down for breakfast.
We enjoyed breakfast very much, which was beautifully cooked and presented.
To have parking at such a central location was great. We did have to play around getting out...
