"This is a great place to stay for a night or a year. Its conveniently located near a convenience store, the amenities are fantastic and its clean. My only recommendation for staff is to triple-check the cleanliness of the towels. Because this is a new property, you still have time to ensure this small issue is corrected immediately. I appreciate the accommodation and look forward to my next visit."

"You only learned after booking that the owner would be in the basement at all times and moving cars around constantly. That was not explained in the listing. He also mowed the lawn while we were there, which was not pleasant while trying to nap. The keypad to enter the home doesn’t work properly and you have to type the code multiple times to finally enter. The beds are not comfortable at all. "This propery says entire apartment. It is a room with a toilet (at best). Others are shared. I text the owner that there was no heat when I checked in, he text me 30 minutes before check out. I went to The Marriott and had a comfortable stay. The room is in need of repair. Blinds are see through, etc. Forget about this."

"On arrival the door to the unit was ajar. Not sure why it was left open. That said, the place was lovely. A damper was put on the trip on checkout because the host is harassing us; accusing us of smoking in the unit and it is simply not true. As a result of this experience we will not stay here again."
