"El hotel está excelente ubicado , cerca de todo, para poder ir caminando en el día o en la noche. El personal que nos atendió de los mejores, Edward es una increíble persona, nos hizo sentir como en casa, fuimos con ellos a una excursión y todo fue espectacular. Tiene desayuno incluido muy bueno, las habitaciones muy cómodas. Totalmente recomendable."

La atención de los anfitriones, inmejorable, hacen todo lo posible para apoyarte y hacerte sentir especial. Tom dispuesto a apoyarte con las reservas de todo lo que necesites. El hotel tiene los servicios y la atención de un cinco estrellas. Incluso lavaron mi ropa! Y me dieron desayuno muy temprano (6 am)...

"Newly refurbished hotel- very chic, lots of beautiful marble. Great location, a short walk to the central square down a quiet street. Staff were very nice. Good breakfast choice including cooked to order options. Fantastic view from restaurant and sky bar (although just being completed when we visited). Overall I’d highly recommend."

"Booked the hotel because of the location and it did not disappoint. Located in the Sa Pa centre but ideally away from the bustling area. Within 5min walk to the centre. Room was well maintained and clean. Staff have been extremely nice and polite. Very fluent in English, much to our surprise given that many locals in the area arent. Would definitely go to the same hotel if returning to Sa Pa."
