Property Access
The property is easily accessible via The Green development in Falmouth, with straightforward road access.
There is private off-street parking available directly outside the property, along with access to a garage which can be used for storage (e.g. beach equipment or bikes).
Once parked, access to the property is via the front door using the lockbox (details provided prior to arrival).
Guest Interaction
This is a self check-in property, so you’ll be able to arrive at your convenience using the lockbox.
We won’t be there in person, but we’re always available remotely should you need anything during your stay. The Tinners Stays team are on hand to assist with any questions, recommendations, or support — before, during, and after your visit.
We aim to give guests complete privacy, while still being easily reachable if needed.

Perfectly positioned between Swanpool and Maenporth Beach, the neighbourhood offers easy access to the South West Coast Path, making it ideal for scenic walks, beach days, and outdoor activities.
Swanpool Beach is just a short walk away, with a café, water sports, and nature reserve, while Maenporth offers a quieter sandy cove with a popular beachfront restaurant.
Falmouth town centre is a short drive away, where you’ll find a vibrant mix of restaurants, shops, and harbour views, giving you the best of both relaxed coastal living and lively town atmosphere.

The nearest train stations are Falmouth Town and Penmere, both approximately a 5-minute drive or 20–25 minute walk from the property.
Regular rail services run between Falmouth and Truro, where you can connect to mainline services to London and other major cities.
There are also local bus stops within walking distance of the property, with routes running to Falmouth town centre, nearby beaches including Swanpool and Maenporth, and surrounding areas.
Taxis are readily available in Falmouth for short journeys to and from the property.
