VERY STRONG FOUL SMELL which would not go away. Guesthoo the company managing the house said they couldn't smell anything, but they dropped off over 20 of air fresheners to go with the plug in air fresheners already in every plug. Please see the picture and ask why we would need so much if there wasn't a bad smell. There was NO INTERNET and no TV. Guesthoo told me they had topped up the internet dongle (yes a kids dongle) and didn't know why it wasn't working. The rear patio which is a wooden deck was super slimily and dangerous to walk on. The area's you could see were clean, but where you couldn't see was very dirty, under the sofa was discussing. My comments here mirror comments other customers who have had the displeasure of staying here. Yet nothing has been done to fix the problem we have also encountered. It looks like an ongoing issue with this house from July this year (2025). I Want my money back as this house is not habitable and we were forced to eat out for every meal. We could not eat in the house due to the smell.
