The shower was good but there was only 2-bath towels and one hand towel no wash cloths. "This studio felt more like a gorgeous suite to me: it is beautifully furnished and decorated. Every need is being anticipated and covered. Love the kitchen! I slept so very well it is peaceful. The neighborhood is so very beautiful and 5 minutes away from the water and great views of the Eastern End. "The property was very homey feeling and reasonably priced but for as many units there are, parking was insufficient. It’s definitely if you get a spot don’t go anywhere because you might not have a spot when you come back. Getting to the beach by vehicle and using gps took longer than getting back and that was surprising. Overall, loved the area. "GREAT place would go back in a heartbeat. My only add-on would be a microwave in the future, more so on an extended stay and leftovers lol. We reported a couple of SMALL issues and they replied rather quickly. We did not go to the Lake due to temps and not sure if I missed info on Lake access. All in all a 10 out of 10. This was our first Air B&B type experience and very happy! Also thanks for our nice surprises!"

"Property is beat up!!!! Entrance is dimmly lit and hasn't been painted in years. Stairs to the third floor apartment are VERY steep and make it difficult to get even a small suitcase up there safely. Balcony has a nice chairs, cute cushions and a view but is rickety and has a really rough surface. It's in serious need of sanding and painting. The second set of stairs off the deck are also VERY steep. Bathroom has a low slanted ceiling and no mirror over the sink. There's one behind you...

"It was so easy booking this apartment. They were so helpful and quick to answer my questions. They took great care of us during our stay & were so attentive! It was very warm in the apartment when we first arrived. I told them about it & maintenance immediately arrived with a small window unit for the bedroom. It cooled things down tremendously.The apartment was clean and the linens were laid out on the bed. Turn key as we walked inside.I am definitely going to rent from this company...

"This room was actually a scary experience. The area was desolate, located across from a huge parking lot with drug addicts surrounding the building. The Uber driver would not leave until I entered because he felt I was unsafe, especially at midnight. The electric locks on both the front door and my room door did not feel secure.
