"Our family enjoyed staying at this home. The house was neat, tidy and clean! The home owner was responsive with quick communications and the home had many essentials needed for our stay. We also enjoyed the outside deck, grill and fire pit. The additional beach items (beach chairs and beach towels) were also available for our use. We are looking forward to returning for another vacation!"

"This is a “bed&breakfast” type stay. 4 rooms, 3 upstairs (very tight quarters), 1 downstairs. Each bedroom has its own keycode lock. 1 shared bathroom (downstairs) approximately 6x6 at bottom of stairs. House is also shared with owner that has their office/bedroom attached and accessible from inside rental. Owner has dog with anxiety issues that has full access to the house. "We rented the Mermaid house for a long weekend and loved the view!! Our semi private beach (shared with the other rental) was perfect. The owners dog was the star of the show! He is the cutest guy and got along with the two pups we had in our group. Great communication with Joycelyn and would recommend anyone to stay there. "

"The property was fine but for the amount they charged really needed work. The house is old and we had a big problem with ants and bugs in the house. The location was very good and easy access to Hyannis center and many other areas. The check out time was 10am and too early. The house needs some updates but comfortable. "My husband & I & our 7 year old Labrador stayed here for 2 weeks & it suited our needs perfectly. The small one-story home is lovely & clean with a nice side yard. It is located at the end of a quiet dead end street with parking for 2 cars, easy to pull in and out. The yard has a firepit/grill/picnic table & we purchased firewood at Stop & Shop to use in the firepit. The bed was comfortable & there was ample closet space & drawers to unpack & feel at home. "We had a great time at Hyannis Hideaway! The location was PERFECT! We were no more than 6 minutes to the beach. 2 minutes from stores and restaurants! AC units in every room to keep us cool. The house was so clean and spacious for our big group. We can’t wait to go back!"
