The staff is very friendly and so nice. Also very helpful. We had trouble with the toilet flush at first. The staff proposed their last available room but it was in a very bad state (wallpaper peeling, strong smell of cigarette smoke) so we decided to stay in the other room and sorted out the problem. ...
