Teri and Mike were fantastic hosts. They both were very friendly. They checked on us throughout our stay. The property is in a very nice Neiborhood and nicely decorated. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The patio furniture is nice and comfortable. The view is fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable. We couldn't ask for better accommodations. We will stay there again if the need arises. We thank them both for making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. Five full stars!

As Good as it Gets

I’ve stayed in a number of long term rentals;Vineyard View is the best I’ve encountered. If you do much of your own cooking, this is your place. In addition to the usual large and small appliances, the pantry here includes an Instapot, immersion blender, slow cooker, stand mixer, air fryer, citrus juicer, rice cooker, electric kettle, hey, even an egg cooker if that’s your thing! There’s plenty of counter space.The suite has a spacious feel, with bay windows opening onto a, yes, vineyard view. Furnishings are both functional and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Pricing is competitive.But really, the best part is the hosts. Teri and Mike are welcoming, thoughtful, generous, thorough, and responsive. When I asked about a knife sharpener, Teri brought me hers, then ordered one for the rental.Vineyard View exceeded all expectations, and I’ve booked my return. I could easily continue, but if you need more convincing than this, I don’t know what planet you’re on.

Wine Country - SoCal - wonderful stay!

Teri & Mike are excellent hosts!! Bonus, they have an adorable little dog named Princess who will gladly be your best friend!! While working at "home" & traveling back-and-forth to my in Colorado, I stayed with Teri and Mike for 3 1/2 months this winter. The beautiful backyard was a tremendous respite from my daily work, with views of the vineyard and plenty of wonderful birds visiting. It was private, I could make all my own meals, and convenient to local freeways for traveling but not intrusive in that I could not hear the freeways from the house. It was quiet & got to see beautiful sunsets. I couldn't have been happier!!

Beautiful environment overlooking vineyard, supremely hospitable hosts. Could not have been more welcoming, generous or inviting. Total recommendation for two or one - casita is perfectly kitted out.

Property is located in a quiet neighborhood with an incredible vineyard view! This was not a vacation for us, as we came to prepare our deceased brothers home to sell. But having a well appointed, well stocked home away gave us a place to completely rest in comfort at the end of each workday was truly a blessing. Thank you Teri and Mike for your hospitality!

Best stay ever!!

We have been using summer vacation rentals for the last 11 years. We’ve been happy with some and disappointed with others. BUT, BY FAR, this is the very best rental that we’ve experienced. Teri and Mike, the owners, as well as Princess (their little dog) are very welcoming, helpful, and considerate hosts. Never having stayed in the area and not knowing much about the area, Teri was really helpful in laying out the locations for grocery stores, library, walking trails, restaurants, etc. Anything we were looking for she knew exactly where to send us. Peaceful, quiet, and serene is what you will experience sitting out on the patio overlooking a vineyard. Also, this is the first time we’ve stayed at a rental where we did not have to immediately go out and buy something that was missing from the unit. Everything that you would need in your home is available in this unit. It was by far the best stocked kitchen with every appliance you would possibly need. Additionally this is the cleanest and most comfortable unit we have ever rented. We would certainly recommend this to everyone. THEY ARE SUPER HOSTS.

Outstanding views and Hosts

We spent 2 weeks at Teri and Mike’s home away from home. We had a fully furnished kitchen, every appliance and kitchen tool known to man, a bed so comfy it was to die for, and a perfect water fall shower. When we first arrived, we were greeted with a warm reception. Teri and Mike are wonderful people. I just started a new job and had to be in the area for 2 weeks. Teri was aware this and when we got there, we were greeted with a tasty bottle of wine, some cookies and a congratulatory card from them both. Our time in their beautifully decorated and inviting apartment was just awesome. The nights were fabulous overlooking the vineyard, it gave us the feel of being in Tuscany. The grounds are well kept and look amazing, pictures do not do this view justice. We will certainly be back in this great place with two great hosts. I would not hesitate to book this in the future. Serenity!

My wife and I came from Iowa to visit our daughter and her family in Fallbrook for 10 days. This was the first time we used Vrbo. We were extremely pleased with this property. Teri and Mike were such gracious hosts. They met us upon arrival and introduced us to our place of stay and accomodated us to getting settled in. They welcomed us with a gift and a bottle of wine from the local vineyard thaqt the property over looks. The unit was very tastefullu decorated and clean. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The unit provided us with all the ammenities of home. A beautifully landscaped yard really added to the pleasure of our stay. We were extremely comfortable and we will definitely come back here on our next visit.

Feel Like Home

It's a cozy apartment with everything we need! Teri is super nice and made the booking and check-in process extremely easy. We are very happy during our stay. The house is very updated with modern technology and equipment. Everything was taken well care of. We basically felt like home! Whether you choose to live here for a shorter or longer period of time, you won't be disappointed!

The hosts with the mosts!

High class comfort in every detail! The hosts, Teri and Mike welcomed us with a bottle of wine from the local vineyard! We have been treated like royalty and it feels like home. It would be a long review if i mentioned all of the things we love about this place. Here are some of them: Beautiful kitchen and bathroom, comfy classy bedroom living room and dining area. First rate appliances, furniture bedding linens, utensils etc. The garden overlooking the vineyard; there’s a cool swing chair, the neighborhood walks…amazing flowers everywhere… It’s a delightful experience here. We would highly recommend this getaway and will definitely come again!

Amazing Sunsets & Vineyard View

This wonderful property exceeded our expectations starting day one! Teri and Mike made us feel at home, even with the pandemic trying to challenge our great time! The kitchen is property stocked with all cooking necessities, especially important since CA was in lock-down until the very end of our stay. Fantastic place.

Newer one bedroom apartment attached to a house in a premium area. Location is ideal. Thirty minutes to great beaches, the very many wineries in the area and, fifty five minutes to downtown San Diego. Ten minutes to two very good golf courses. The unit is better equipped than any we stayed in the USA. People who enjoy a quite area with all the convinces will love this rental. You have access to a great patio in a garden setting over looking a vineyard. The hosts were exceptional in providing service, information and their friendship.

The view is awesome. The location was great for what we were doing in the area! Teri and Mike are great hosts. We had some weather issues while we were there. The hosts notified us very quickly and kept us up to date as the day progressed. The apartment was very clean and tidy! Overall, the apartment was a great experience!

Very nice guest house with vineyard view.

We have used VRBO many times in the past several years and this is by far the nicest property we have stayed at. It was very clean and updated, and had everything needed for an enjoyable and comfortable stay. The owners, Teri and Mike (and Rocki), were awesome hosts and just super nice people. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Everything you need to be comfortable. Quiet, beautiful views, bed is wonderful and kitchen is well equipped. Owners are extremely nice but respectful of our privacy. They have the cutest dog ever but does not bark. Highly recommended and you won't find a better area. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.
