The grounds include a detached recreation building (the casita) with a full-size racquetball court, volleyball court, shuffleboard, pool table, and game lounge.

Just minutes from the freeway, but a world away from the hustle and bustle, you’re close to local wineries in Temecula and Fallbrook, wedding venues, fine dining options, charming shops, and the natural beauty of southern California.

Relax in any of our six spacious bedrooms, designed for a restful night's sleep. Sink into our cozy bed and wake up refreshed. Plenty of space for up to 16 guests in the six spacious bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 - King bed plus double pull out sofabed (sheets/pillows in closet for sofabed) with soaking tub and en suite with shower. This room also has a fireplace and 60" tv.

Bedroom 2 - 2 Queen beds with en suite with tub/shower combo

Bedroom 3 - 2 Queen beds with en suite with tub/shower combo

Bedroom 4 - King bed, double bed plus double pull out sofabed (sheets/pillows in closet for the sofabed)

Bedroom 5 - King bed, queen bed

Bedroom 6 - Bunk beds (2 twins)

Bedrooms 4, 5, & 6 share a bathroom with a shower only.

In addition there is:
A half-bath (toilet/sink only) off the dining room.

There is one half bath off the dining room as well.

Nothing beats taking your coffee out to the lakeside deck and watching nature do its thing. Drop your line in the lake and catch your dinner! Outdoor tv, fireplace and additional dining area makes for true outdoor living. As evening falls, enjoy a dip in the pool or hot tub and share stories under the starlit sky, uninterrupted by ambient light.

People have been swimming, boating and fishing in/on the lake for years. There are large catfish, bass, blue gill and frogs. We supply fishing poles but BYOB(ait)

We can only accommodate a maximum of 16 guests - day or night - no exceptions. Daytime visitors are not allowed, unfortunately, under any circumstances.

*No pets, no exceptions - sorry!
*Limited cell reception in the mountains - plan ahead!
*Wifi available in the main room and 3 bedrooms of the house (no wifi in east wing of house)
*Pool is not heated. Special request to heat it can be made at the time of booking for an additional charge of $150 per day.


*Unfortunately, we do NOT have the event permits required to host parties and weddings on the venue. No weddings, no elopements, no graduation parties or events of any kind.
