My family and friends recently had a wonderful stay at this VRBO, and it was an absolutely perfect getaway. The house was even more beautiful and clean than the listing photos, which is always a pleasant surprise. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, and they even walked us through how to use the hot tub.One of the most memorable parts of our stay was the two tortoises that live on the property. My whole family, especially the kids, absolutely adored them.The only constructive criticism I could offer would be regarding the thermostat. We stayed during the summer, and while half of the house was comfortable, the other half felt much warmer. We tried to adjust the temperature, but it was locked and wouldn't go below 72 degrees. Allowing guests to lower the thermostat a bit more would make for a more comfortable stay, especially during the warmer months.Despite that one small issue, we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this VRBO.

Our second vacation at this lovely home! Spacious with 5 bedrooms and ALL were comfortable beds. We “lived” in the awesome pool and spa creating great family memories. Great kitchen with every pan, baking dish and utensil you can imagine. The entire property is wonderful and the hosts are readily available via text to answer any questions. Highly recommend for large family gatherings.We loved it! Oh, air hockey table was a great surprise!

Great property with plenty of amenities. Clean and well kept.

Was visiting for our grandson’s wedding. Needed a place that could accommodate 7 with room to spread out. This place has many secluded spots for privacy as well as an amazing congregation area. Neat and clean! Would recommend to others and would stay again! Also the tortoises were an added joy!

Epic stay

Just enjoyed an epic few days in Fallbrook/Temecula to celebrate our daughter’s wedding… wow what a fantastic place to house all my relatives from the East Coast. Plenty of space for the 7 of us with everyone having g their own bedrooms. We enjoyed the pools and beautiful outdoors spaces. Would love to stay again! Thank you

A unique unique property with a beautiful pool and spa Jacuzzi built-in.

with the tall Italian cedars. It does feel much like a villa amongst the rolling Hills and Vineyards of this area north north east of San Diego, this property is very spacious.We picked it because we were five siblings in each one could have their own bedroom.(our aunt was turning 100 so he flew down to celebrate) The master bedroom with the incredibly huge master bath with a remarkable built in Jacuzzi bath was something else.Our host Denise was very communicative making sure that we could heat the pool when we wanted to and the spa on the manual controls with the remote control is glitching a bit and she was very communicative.Did I mention there’s a huge citrus orchard?And be sure to pick up some vegetables and feed the two large tortoises that are in a caged up area on the lower part of the Large property.We saw much wildlife with hawks and many other birds and coyotes yipping at night give it a try. This is a good pick!

Great rental property with a very nice host. The home is well stocked, including toys for the kids to play with. The pool was clean and heated. A great place to spend a few days with family.

Fabulous Fallbrook!

Perfect place to stay for a wedding in Fallbrook! Beautiful place, easy check-in, responsive host, comfortable hot tub. Close to hikes, shopping, yet still quiet. Highly recommend!

The “villa” has a comfortable style and antiques are scattered throughout the home. A fantastic outdoor space for relaxing and enjoying peace and quiet. Close enough to run to the store if need be but yet in the country. Such a nice roomy home.

Great stay in Fallbrook

Thanks to Denise and Jim for our stay in their Fallbrook home. The home is quite large and was perfect for our 2 families in town for a celebration of life and wider family time. The home was very clean and easy to navigate. The gardens are gorgeous! We took advantage of the pool and hot tub despite the cooler temps (the pool is heated). In the evenings, there is a pool-side fireplace that was a great draw. We were in town for a sad time and our stay made it easier. Our hosts couldn't do enough to make our stay excellent. Thanks again! I would recommend this house for a group like ours.

Perfect getaway, friends and family!

The house and property are absolutely amazing and beautiful. There were 9 adults that stayed for the weekend. Plenty of room for everyone. We sat out by the pool in the morning for coffee, we played games in the dining room, watched football Sunday in the family room. And some even had zoom meeting phone calls in the living room. Plenty, plenty of space for everyone! Master bathroom is HUGE and perfect for two couples to share. We even found Myrtle Winery two houses up across the street, super cute. Thank you again Denise for everything.

Birthday getaway

It was FANTASTIC!! There were nine of us. All family. Whenever anyone turns 30,40,50 or 70 obviously ending in a zero we all have a weekend celebration for a weekend. This was our third getaway and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was huge the outdoors with the pool and spa were great. They even had two tortoises that my daughter and great granddaughters fell in love with 😍. There wasn’t a single thing we needed in the kitchen. It was so spacious and comfy we felt pampered. We would definitely go back again!
