The house was beautiful and spacious. All guests enjoyed the pool and hot tub, although they were costly to heat. The large island in the kitchen provided lots of space to prep and gather. The pool table and other game table were nice for people to interact inside the house. The views are beautiful and relaxing. There is an ant problem both inside and outside of the house. Many guests were bitten and were left with itchy, red patches on the skin. The owners need to invest in a pest control service rather than “blowing it off” when brought to their attention. They apologized and said that there is an ant issue in Fallbrook. We loved the house, but, with the ant problem, we may choose to stay elsewhere. Additionally, the kitchen needs a few more items such as a blender, can opener, and more cloth towels. Be sure to bring extra paper towels and toilet paper as the amount provided is not enough for a large group. We wished that the fire pit was nearer to the pool/patio area as we did not end up using it. Overall, the house is lovely and well-setup for guests. The rooms are large, the master bathroom is very spacious, and the ADU in the backyard works well for parents with young children.
