Property as described, well equipped and close to Monserate and our Son’s wedding. Also a short drive to downtown Fallbrook. Had our family dog with us, plenty of room both in and around the gated property. Well lit outside around house for his pit stops. Host was ALWAYS responsive to any questions we had, and very helpful with checking in.

Relaxing beautiful home

We had a great stay in Fallbrook, the home was clean, comfortable and the location was perfect. We loved having the privacy of this property and enjoyed spending time on the patio. We would come back! So thankful we could bring our beloved dog with us!

Lovely stay!

The house was exactly as described and worked out perfectly for our needs in attending our daughters wedding close by. The property is beautiful and located in such a quiet neighborhood. The owner was very helpful and great at communicating with us. It’s as nice as it seems so just book it!

We are grateful for everything Michael did to help us use his beautiful space to host our rehearsal dinner. He responded to our conversations promptly and answered many questions we had throughout the process. He went the extra mile to help us in making sure this venue would work to accommodate our guests as we live out of town. The place itself was lovely with a gorgeous view from the backyard. Would recommend.

Great house for a family stay!

Owners are great and very easy to work with. Communication was fantastic. House is as described and we really enjoyed the private yards - front and back. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of linens for all. This made our pre-wedding stay near perfect.

Very nice vacation rental

The property is very pretty, located in the hills with a nice view. It is secluded and quiet, perfect for a weekend retreat. The 3 bedrooms nicely fit a combination of my parents, me and my wife, and my brother and his golden retriever. We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and living room, both with views. Michael was very communicative and easy to work with. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great stay for wedding

Enjoyed the stay. Comfortable and great views. One suggestion would be to have a few board games or something like that as it seems to be a great local for families to get together for destination weddings. Lots of cooking tools which was great.

House has lots of room. Had a slight cigarette smell and the kids bare feet were filthy from the wood and tile floors. There was some beer bottle tops in the backyard and a sock and some other trash we picked up in the yard. The dishes in the dishwasher were not clean from soap when we opened it. everything else was fine.

Wedding weekend during a tropical storm

Great location for a wedding nearby, although it was postponed by tropical storm Hilary! House is beautiful and the view was awesome to watch the storm pass through. Communication with Mike was great! Overall an awesome stay and would definitely stay again if visiting the area!

The house

The house was beautiful and we loved it the only down fall was the beds were uncomfortable and the master bedrooms shower was stuck on hot. The bathroom at the very end of the hall had a broken bathtub. Other than that everything was beautiful and very nice.
