We LOVED the home and the grounds. Lots of fun stuff to do (pool, slide, corn-hole, disc golf, wiffle ball, etc etc) to do without ever leaving the property. Host was extremely friendly and helpful. Never had more than a few minute wait for a response from them if we needed something. One item to note is that the hosts are on the premises (neighboring home). We thought that may impact the experience negatively, but it didn't. The stay was a ten out of ten!

Laura and Paul are amazing hosts!! The house and 4 acre surrounding property are stunning. Everything you could need/want is available in the house. Not only was the house well appointed and well stocked, but Laura and Paul went above and beyond by welcoming us with a special gift as we were celebrating a milestone birthday. All communications, questions, requests were answered promptly ... as in within a few minutes. Don't hesitate to book here. Did I mention the slide, infrared sauna and fresh oranges??

This place added so much to our girls weekend. Paul and Laura were very accommodating and ready to take care of anything at a moments notice. Refreshing pool (with an amazing slide), beautiful grounds and wonderfuls hosts - we had the best time!!!

Outstanding Property

The home was beautiful and immaculate. We were welcomed by Paul. In the entryway was a chilled bottle of champagne and a delicious cake! The house exceeded our expectations—it was clean, spacious and inviting. The outdoors was lush and expansive with a pool and spa that everyone enjoyed. The kids especially loved the pool slide and the 3 year old adored the swings and playhouse where she hosted tea parties for family guests. We would highly recommend this home. It is perfect for a large family vacation!

10/10 - Magical Getaway!

Our family recently stayed here for 5 nights, and it was the perfect getaway! The owners Paul and Laura are super friendly and were immediately responsive to our every request. The property is great for kids and adults, especially the beautiful pool with a 40-foot slide. We picked delicious oranges from the orchard as we walked the dogs and let them explore the 4 acres, which is fully-fenced and safe for them to be off-leash. The house itself is large, clean and has everything you need. Our time at the house gave us the fun, restful reset we were hoping for. For 4 adults, 2 kids and our pups, we could not have asked for better accommodations!

Spectacular

We booked this house for my sister's Birthday and had the most amazing time. Upon arrival we were greeted with cake, wine and balloons set up beautifully in the home entrance. Paul was nice enough to give us a tour of this beautiful home. Both Laura and Paul were available at all times to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Every detail was well thought of. The house was truely out of a storybook. Thank you guys for making this a magical birthday weekend. Can't wait to come back.

Amazing property!

This house is truly beautiful. They are great hosts and will make sure that you have everything you need. The back yard is gorgeous and even though we were all adults, we all loved the slide. We also love fresh orange juice and were in luck as their orange grove supplied us with fresh oranges all week! They really went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our visit. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Incredible House & Lifetime Memories

I stayed in this amazing house for my wedding weekend and to say that it was amazing in everyway is an understatement. The house is so spacious and beautiful that everyone has enough space no mater what. The cleanliness and natural beauty of the grounds are breathtaking. The host are so nice, generous and make you feel right at home. I had the best time in my life and they helped to create the most magical wedding I could have ever dreamed of. Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever in the area. Thank you again for accommodating me and my family and for all your generosity and patience. 5 Stars across the board!

Awesome family getaway!

We loved everything about our stay here. It was the perfect place for our family vacation. We were looking for a place that we could relax and getaway from the busyness of work/life and this place definitely did that. We all had a great time, especially the kids, grandparents and dogs. The kids loved the pool and slide, as well as the game room with the pool table. The property was very clean and had all the pots/pans everything we needed, they even had chopsticks! As someone who uses chopsticks for the majority of meals, I thought this was very thoughtful. It was very nice to have bedrooms downstairs for the grandparents. We loved the orange orchard and all the space outside to relax and rest. Laura and Paul were wonderful hosts. They were extremely thoughtful, I mentioned that we were celebrating birthdays and we walked into the house filled with balloons, decorations and cake. I've never stayed at a property where the hosts were so thoughtful. They were also extremely quick to respond and I really appreciated that. The kids, the grandparents are already asking to come back. We can't wait to come back.

We booked the property for 6 days to host our family reunion/vacation. We wanted to get away to enjoy the pool and time together. This time together was precious and most definitely magical! Laura & Paul made every effort to make us feel at home and responded to all of our needs and questions in moments. The property is immaculate and serene and all of the bedrooms housed everyone comfortably. We especially loved the open space with the kitchen and family room that opened on to the pool and beautiful porch. The pool and spa were fantastic and the slide was a huge hit! There were games galore with the pool table, air hockey table and the ping pong table but also space to unwind in the infared sauna. Thank you for a seamless and wonderful vacation. We would love to visit again!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Magnificent Place to Stay

A+ stay

We had a big family get-together to celebrate grandmother's birthday. Among our family were two months old baby, several children, adults, and a 90-year old lady. Everyone enjoyed the stay in this marvelous house tremendously. Hosts Paul and Laura were super super attentive to all of our needs. Whenever the need arose, one of them came right over and took care of it. Kids loved the private water slide and the crystal clear swimming pool. The entire house, and especially the bedrooms were super clean and well equipped. All around A+ experience.

Amazing property!

I spent two nights at this amazing home with 10 of my closest friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. Everything was perfect and the home was honestly even better in person! Everything was spotless, the beds were great, and there were even bathrobes for each guest to use. The owners do live on the property, but we only saw them when we checked in. I would 100% recommend this home and would love to stay here in the summer to really enjoy the pool and amazing yard.

Unforgettable memories!

Paul and Laura proved to be exceptional hosts during our stay at their VRBO estate rental. Upon our arrival, they warmly greeted us and provided a thorough tour of their beautiful home. It truly felt like a welcoming and cozy retreat. The amenities offered exceeded our expectations, showcasing top-of-the-line features. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were pristine. The highlight of the property was undoubtedly the expansive 4-acre grounds, complete with fruit trees and a refreshing pool. Our children delighted in spending countless hours outside, engaging in yard games and making use of the swings. Words cannot fully capture the exceptional experience we had at this property. If there were an option to award them ten stars, Paul and Laura would undoubtedly deserve it.

Our stay was magical! The house and property was amazingly clean. The house fit our family perfectly. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. They had everything in the house we needed. Magical 4 Acre Estate Villa

Where do I begin to describe our experience at 4 Acre Estate Villa...We were in aww when we took the tour with Paul. What an awesome first impression at the entrance with the balloons, champagne & the cake. WOW!!! What a greeting!!! The cake, OMG was sooo delicious. It was gone that evening when we returned from the rehearsal dinner. Every room seemed like it was made with our family in mind. My family could not stop raving about how perfect your home was, and they want to rebuild our family home that was burnt down to the ground in the Lahaina wildfires like yours!!! Every room was thought out meticulously down to the products you provided in every bathroom, the kitchen, the laundry room, the game room, I can go on and on...I haven't even started on the outdoor amenities yet...of course the pool and slide was the highlight for our grandkids. They could not wait to get in the pool, especially the slide. I couldn't get them out of the pool the day of the wedding and the last day we were there was the most difficult...LOL!!! We wish we had more time to enjoy the rest of the grounds and do an early walk of the four acres. I can go on and on again but by then, I'll probably be writing a book about our "magical" time at your home. On our last day before returning home to Maui, we asked our grandkids what they enjoyed the most of our trip, it wasn't the wedding, it wasn't Disneyland, it was your home!!! Thank you so much! Amazing Resort & Estate!

This property is absolutely GORGEOUS!! Laura and Paul are amazing and truly think of every single detail. They were so accomodating and kind and I will be forever grateful to them. I stayed here this past weekend for my wedding weekend. My girls also got hair and makeup done here on the day of the wedding. The house is beautiful and spacious and also has everything you could think of or needed. Laura and Paul made me feel extremely special and I am so blessed to have found them to stay here. They truly made my wedding weekend and experience, magical! I would highly recommend anyone staying here for any occassion. The property is large and I will definitely be back to enjoy the backyard more. Thank you Laura and Paul, you both are gems!!

Amazing property and immaculate house

This place is a true getaway - stunning and large 5 bedroom house and huge grounds with all sorts of entertainment for kids & adults. The centerpiece is the amazing pool and water slide! Kitchen is well appointed and all the rooms are comfortable, although black out curtains would be nice. It is expensive, especially to heat the pool and bring a pet, but the house is to a very high standard. There was even a gorgeous homemade cake, wine and dog treats on arrival!

Absolute Magic!

If I could give higher than a 5-star review, I would! 4 Acre Villa Estate is absolutely majestic. It has everything you could ever need, and is in pristine condition. Laura and Paul are the most delightful hosts you will ever meet. They had beautiful decorations and cake ready for our bride (and company) upon arrival. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and pleasant as possible. I have stayed in many VRBOs and have never had an experience as wonderful as this one. The property is as beautiful and well maintained as it appears in the pictures. The pool has the option for added heat, which is awesome in the springtime. Whether you're looking for a family getaway or a relaxing place to stay with a group of your friends, I would 10/10 recommend staying here. I did not want to leave, and I hope to go back soon! Thank you, Laura and Paul, for such a wonderful experience!
