Charming 1800s cottage with big garden & EV charger near Falkenberg

Welcome to Stora Lönn – our newly renovated 19th-century cottage, where historic charm meets modern comfort. Relax on the cosy covered veranda and enjoy the countryside: fields all around, lilac hedges, pear and apple trees, berry bushes and the grand old maple that gave the cottage its name ("stora lönn" means "big maple").

THE COTTAGE
• Sleeps up to 7 in two bedrooms plus a sofa bed
• Bedroom 1: bunk bed – 140 cm double lower bunk, 90 cm single upper bunk (max 80 kg)
• Bedroom 2: two 90 cm single beds that can be pushed together
• Living room: 140 cm sofa bed
• Fully equipped kitchen and a bright dining room with a table for six
• Shower room and a separate toilet (the toilet is reached through one of the bedrooms and also has its own outside door)
• Two air-to-air heat pumps (heating and AC) plus electric radiators
• Free Wi-Fi, dedicated workspace and TV with Google TV
• Approx. 67 m²

OUTDOORS
A large garden with two swings, a trampoline (summer), a disc golf basket, outdoor dining area, charcoal grill and plenty of toys – perfect for families. Free parking on the property and a free EV charger (bring your own Type 2 cable).

LOCATION
Peaceful and rural, yet only about 3 km from Falkenberg town centre and 5 minutes from the E6/E20. Skrea beach, Vallarna park and open-air theatre, and four golf courses are all within 10 km. Gekås Ullared, Sweden's biggest department store, is about 30 minutes away.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Self check-in with keypad lock from 15:00, check-out by 11:00
• Duvets and pillows are provided. Bed linen and towels can be rented (SEK 200/person) – or bring your own
• Please bring shampoo and shower gel
• Final cleaning is not included but can be added for SEK 1,500
• Baby cot available free on request
• No pets, no smoking, no parties
