The Owls Roost - a communicating cottage that sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms

Owls Roost offers family friendly accommodation to suit all ages in a stylish single story barn conversion and comprising of 2 interconnecting barns with private hot tub. There is free Wifi throughout the property and ample private parking with EV charging is available on site.

The 4-bedroom property features comfy seating areas with Smart TVs & DVD players overlooking private gardens, with a wood burning stove in Wagtail for cosy winter weekends. The kitchen areas are well-equipped and include a cooker, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave in each property. Cupboards and drawers are stocked with cutlery, crockery glasses pans and oven trays. There is also a toaster, Tassimo coffee machine and cafetiere, tea towels and oven gloves. Bed linen and towels are also provided, alongside an eco-friendly housekeeping starter box and welcome hamper. Each property has a family bathroom. Bedrooms include 2 king sized double bedded rooms & 2 twin bedded rooms. (1 twin room has 2 x 2ft 6" beds can be combined for a king sized bed on request)

Outside you'll find private patios and fenced gardens with a gate and direct access to the shared gardens and play areas. The patios are each equipped with a charcoal barbecue and garden furniture ideal for informal al fresco dining. The gardens are East facing and an ideal spot for a sundowner, as the sun sets at the end of a busy day exploring the Norfolk coast.

To the front of the property is a private hot tub area for your enjoyment.


The games room is equipped with table tennis & pool a toddlers play area and a selection of DVD's and books to borrow. Guests have shared use of the heated indoor pool, tennis courts secure cycle store and the 24 hour laundry.
