Hotel was a little bit tired, especially the swimming pool. Our apartment was comfortable and a good base for a couple of nights. The staff in the Information Centre in Lakes Entrance were superb and booked us onto an Eco Cruise, which ran for 3 hours + and came complete with a scone and strawberry ...

Friendly staff and clean room, disappointed there wasn't even a hook to hang clothes. Very disappointed there wasn't any hot water for a shower the 2nd morning!!!

Very modern and new. Comfortable bed, and good kitchen to make meals. Check in process easy and friendly staff. Only stayed one night but Bairnsdale seemed a very nice town, cafes and restaurants around. Only disappointment was the lack of a coffee machine which we usually get in a Quest hotel.
