" Terrible and discriminatory service. The male receptionist lied to us: we asked him to change the battery in the smoke/carbon monoxide detector because it was beeping constantly (typical when the battery is low), and he assured us he had done it, but he hadn't. We spent the entire night without sleeping due to the constant beeps. At check-out, the female receptionist checked the issue, apologized, and confirmed it was indeed a low battery. "Staff is only there for daytime hours and it’s only housekeeping staff. This property is self access via a key code. It was helpful to have a water bottle filling machine and snack vending machine in the lobby. There is a nice courtyard and accessible parking. There’s a grocery store very close by within walking distance and the rooms have refrigerators and microwaves and cooking utensils."
