"Beautiful and very private location with a great hot tub close to Fairplay. The cabin is very well stocked and comfortable. I really enjoyed running on the Sacramento Creek Ranch trail network. It has about 3 miles of wooded and/or creekside trails ideal for running or hiking. I used the convenient back entrance at a gate (with a road closed sign) on the south side of Sacramento Creek Road about 1/3 of a mile west of the cabin. The first Sacrament Creek Ranch trail sign is about 1/3 of a mile...

"We loved the location and size of this house. The house had everything we needed for our stay and plenty of beds for our party of 9. Our kids enjoyed the hot tube and our entire family enjoyed the pool table. The views from the house are fantastic and we enjoyed viewing moose, deer, and coyotes from the deck. "

"We had a great time. The grill didn't have any gas when we arrived but we got it sorted out, Russ was very helpful! There also wasn't much hand soap for the bathrooms but nothing that we couldn't easily work around. Can definitely recommend!"

"The house is very nice & clean. Beds are comfy. House is as represented in photos. One suggestion would be to add extra blankets. This is a high alpine environment at a high elevation 11,400. You will travel nearly 5 miles down a dirt road. You won’t see any neighbors from the cabin & will have an amazing view off the large deck. It is very peaceful & quiet with lots of wildlife. It is about 30-40 to get to Breckenridge. A thunderstorm rolled through, & the power went out as well as the water...
