Separate parking for boat trailer on the property. Come and enjoy Fairhaven at its finest. The cottage has 1 bedroom with a queen bed, and sofa that is a pull out bed that can sleep 2, newly added full sunroom, 2 flat screen televisions, washer/dryer, outdoor shower in season, towels, and a fun outdoor fireplace with comfortable seating. There is also a fully applianced kitchen complete with cookware, silverware and utensils. Just across the harbor visit downtown New Bedford boasting fine restaurants offering the freshest seafood on the East Coast. New Bedford is experiencing a cultural renaissance in the downtown area and there are great art galleries, the Whaling Museum (awesome), gift shops, and specialty stores. Hop on the "Fast Ferry" service at the Port Authority Terminal in New Bedford and take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard, CuttyHunk, or Nantucket. Heading east on RT195h and your at the Bourne bridge to Cape Cod. Chose to just settle in for a "off the grid" quiet romantic weekend or an intimate gathering with family and friends! Fairhaven offers some of the most serene coastal nature preserves and bike trails the region has to offer.
