"I don't know that we will have a need to be meet or vacation in or near Fair Play, SC in the future, but if we do, we will definitely recommend and would stay here again. Large, well-appointed home. I wish we would have had more time to enjoy the property and its location. "

"I booked this house for a girls weekend to celebrate my little sister getting married. Overall we had a good experience here and would book again. The home was overall clean other than needing a little bit of pest control (large black ants and a singular palmetto bug, nothing crazy). The dock was really nice but the ladder on it was not in good shape so we weren’t comfortable using it. "Doris' Cottage is definitely charming in a convenient location and on a quiet street. Everything was very clean, very well decorated and very welcoming. "Plenty of space for our family of 4 and 2 dogs to fully enjoy our long stay. The beds are comfortable. Very spacious ensuite with a large closet & laundry room. Lots of places to sit, relax and enjoy the surrounding woods. We saw deer roaming everyday. Its in a very nice secluded location. We were staying due to construction happening at our home, but this place felt like a vacation."

"I loved this house! It is old and charming but remodeled. Everything was very clean. Both beds were very comfortable. It’s just outside downtown so it’s close to everything but quiet. I will be coming back every time I’m in Anderson to visit my father. Highly recommend staying here. "
