"Not a luxury apartment, kitchen and living room are nice enough, bedroom is not that pleasant and bathroom was completely awful- shower barely worked, smelt of cigarette smoke, poor lighting, no shelves that could be used."

"A last minute refusal by another property to honour our booking meant we had to quickly find an alternative. With hindsight, this was actually a good thing when we found this apartment. Marlborough was simply excellent. Lovely apartment, great view over the river, spotlessly clean, great location (convenient & quiet), easy reserved parking and lovely staff. Without a doubt will book here again on our next stay in the area. A great find."

"Stayed at this property in winters.Heating is managed remotely and room temp sometimes goes to 30 degress. In the middle of night the heating just stops and leaving no option but to sleep in cold conditions. Management is not very helpful. I ended up having cold. Will never stay here again."

"Beautiful property within walking distance of restaurants, takeouts, stores and pubs. All in all a great stay since being there for 5 nights we had a kitchen/fridge/dining table and living room - especially since most breakfast restaurants are not open until 9am. Had some questions about the hot water and the owner was responsive and helpful. Only complaint was too many stairs for us with luggage since I am diabetic and had a broken shoulder. Wasn't a problem without our luggage."

"The house as per the pictures was immaculate on arrival. The house is finished to a very high standard with great amenities including the cinema room and dining room both of which we made good use of during our stay. We were unlucky enough to stay during a storm but one of the maintenance guys stopped by the next morning just to check on ourselves and the property due to some storm damage that had occurred. It’s good to know someone is on hand should you have any issues. We would definitely stay...
