"I honestly was not the biggest fan of this place. The linen and cushions were dingy and stained. The breakfast felt low quality. Small annoyances like only providing an abrasive 2 in 1 shampoo felt like unnecessary cost cutting. Think there's better value out there. The staff was nice though and location is central Jakarta."

"Desafortunadamente nos asignaron una habitación de fumadores. El olor era insoportable, aún cuando pusieron aromatizante. Además solicitaron un depósito de 100,000.00 rupias, mismo que me regresaron al salir del hotel. "

"Room was a smoking Room. Had cigarette burns on the sofa, the furniture all smelled of smoke. The furniture needed washed. I specifically asked for a non smoking room. Even paid for an upgrade. Staff are unresponsive when it comes to e-mail or phone calls. Cleaning and breakfast staff were very attentive. "
