"First night, I was unable to enter my room. The front desk "re-programmed" keys and that did not work. Went back down to the front desk and was given new keys, they did not work. Back & forth to the front desk 3 times, locked out with my belongings inside. Included my CPAP. Forced to sleep in another room without my CPAP to have maintenance come in the morning to get into the original room for my belongings. The room booked was one with a king sized bed. New room appeared to have two full sized...

Food & wine were good, especially when snowed in due to blizzard. Room was spacious & comfortable.
Workout room was great and appreciated. Exhibits around the premises were interesting."

"Genuinely the cleanest, "fanciest" hotel I've ever stayed at. Our room was pristine. Javon made our check-in simple and easy. The only issue I had was that we couldn't adjust the temperature of the AC in our room (I like it ice cold lol), but it was still a comfortable temperature. Will DEFINITELY be staying here again if I come to the city again."
