The lounge features a flatscreen TV and a sofa that converts into a double bed for extra guests, so up to 4 of you can enjoy being close to everything that makes Exeter such an attractive place to stay, whether you’re here on business, or to study at the university, check out the shops or relax around the Quay.

The kitchen is fully equipped to give you more independence on longer stays away from home - the oven and hob so you can cook for yourself, the washer so you can keep your clothes clean, and all the utensils you’re likely to need, they’re all here.
