"The house and grounds are beautiful, especially if you appreciate old historic houses. Issues did arise ut Chelsi responded very quickly. The kitchen is modern w room for lots of cooks. We made use of most of the amenities -pool, sauna, theater room. Location is great- near beach and rail trail, and short distance to rye, Portsmouth, kittery . It worked perfectly for our college roommate reunion."

"This location was perfect for a family! The neighborhood was quiet, but in walking distance to the beach. There were many thoughtful touches at the cottage. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed the fenced in yard with a walking 14 month old! We will definitely be back!"

"Lovely home, in a beautiful area. My family was very comfortable, we had everyone from my 73 year old MIL to my 1 year old granddaughter. I think our favorite area was the dining room, it has a huge table, plenty of room for board games and puzzles. We had a great weekend there and highly recommend. "
