"The house is very comfortable. Kara the property manager was extremely responsive. We were very lucky and had the perfect weather and days on the river. We brought our own kayaks, made s’mores, ate all meals on the screened-in porch, and one night out at the Crazy Crab. We used the gas grill on the other nights. The boys used the outdoor shower and the girls used the inside shower. Made it easier for sharing one bathroom and keeping it clean. The outdoor hammock was also a nice place to relax!...

"We loved this quiet property, right on the water. The house was clean and perfect for my mom and me. I didn’t use the kitchen but it was stocked with a lot of stuff. Towels for the beach were provided, along with chairs for sitting on the beach. There is a rinse off area in the back of the house, but to turn the water on you have to go in front of the house. I absolutely would return. "

"We throughly enjoyed our stay at Hays Beach. Tim was responsive and incredibly helpful as we were planning our visit. The house is beautifully appointed - from the furnishings to the outdoor equipment. We were also impressed with all the included basic details that made our stay so much more comfortable. "We stayed for our Thanksgiving this year, Wednesday-Saturday. It was splendid. The house is charming, highly comfortable, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The view from the housen is breathtaking, and there is so much yard space to enjoy outdoor activities, including the swing set up right on the tree by the back porch. My kids loved the swing! So much fun. The other outside features and accessories were also great. We had a nice fire in the firepit by the water, and did smores...

"The sunrises across the sound are incredibly amazing. If that was not enough the house has the newest appliances, great layout, and 200 plus degrees of water views from the dining room table. It is ideally located for a peaceful and restorative vacation from reality. Working remotely from the dining room table was the best location yet. Thanks for the opportunity to return to my high school regional area and deepen my appreciation for the waters I miss dearly."

"Quiet, clean cottage in a beautiful little town. The place was immaculate and had great views of the water. The fishermen’s museum down the street is a must see. A short drive to the village of Kilmarnock with more museums, shops, and antiques. Make sure to take one of the ships to Tangier Island."

"The stay was just perfect. We came with our own boat and it was easy to navigate to the house. The dock was 30 yards from the front door so easy to get out supplies to the house. (We did make use of the golf cart 😊). Neighbors are so friendly and they let us use their phone to call our family to let them know we arrived. Our cell phones did not work as it is a bit remote. "We really enjoyed our stay @ Bizzy Bungalow. It was very clean and well-stocked. The pink bee decor and the matching kitchen cookware and utensils was adorable. We especially loved the beautiful wine glasses! The teenager girls favorite part was the provided golf cart; we enjoyed riding it to see the sunset every evening. 🙂 Host was very responsive."

"During our stay at The Pearl, we encountered our own boat issues, but the hosts were extremely helpful. Their communication was above and beyond!!
