Maravillosa

La casa es fantástica, mejor incluso que en las fotografías, está situada en el centro de Evora. Es amplia ( nosotros éramos 4 adultos y 2niños), cómoda y está muy limpia. La propietaria, Celeste, es encantadora y amable. Nos informó y aconsejó estupendamente. La recomiendo totalmente. Si volvemos a Evora espero poder alojarme aquí de nuevo. ¡Gracias Celeste!

Great Place to enjoy the Alentejo

We were in the apartment a long weekend and it was our center for short trips to explore the Alentejo (Comporta, Estremoz, Moura,...). Moreover Evora is an interesting and quiet town. The apartment was nicely decorated, spacious, all exterior, clean, with several rooms and a pleasant terrace. It was very comfortable, was in the historical center giving to a big square and its owners are very friendly. That's why I highly recommend it

Evora Perfect

A lovely apartment perfectly located in Evora. Easy walk to all the places in Evora. A bakery downstairs in the same building. The private parking space in a garage is the cherry on top. We were able to make a day trip easily. The owners are delightful and very responsive. We were two couples and the accommodations were perfect. You will never regret choosing these accommodations.

A wonderful experience

My husband and I stayed at Casa Resende with another couple and had the best time. The apartment had everything we needed, comfortable beds and a cute little rooftop patio. The washing machine came in handy, too! The apartment is in an excellent location, a short walk to many fabulous restaurants and a small market for groceries and wine. There was a bakery filled with beautiful pastries below us and right across the square was another bakery where we could get cappuccinos and lattes. Celeste was very friendly and responsive. We were lucky enough to be there for Carnaval and had a wonderful view of the parade setting up. So fun!!!!

Cute place, great location!

We loved this place! Super convenient location for walking Evora, right over a bakery! Talk about good fortune! Fun to stand on balcony and watch local activities in the street. Apartment is roomy and clean. Would definitely rent again!

Great location, within walking distance to everything. Easy access with clear arrival & checkout instructions. Comfortable accommodation, good value for money. Second bathroom on main level the shower is very small & should be made clearer of location in the description. The main bathroom is upstairs with the 3 bdrms & small bathroom is downstairs on main floor. Celeste is excellent & responded right away when we contacted her. Gave lots of great recommendations & local information. Parking also was great.

Wonderful place to stay!

The place was very big! Our family of 5 had lots of room! It was very conveniently located, easy to find and parking was close. It was close to the Roman temple- perhaps 10-15 minute walking to that and other sites. It had a fully stocked kitchen. There were bakeries close by and there was a market downstairs with necessities. If you need more groceries it’s best to stop at a supermarket on the way. Evora itself was so great- beautiful and walkable!

Inside Castle Walls!

This was just such a neat place to stay. Location in the town was perfect. Quiet at night but located to great dinner spots. Walkable as well. Really loved this stop and would recommend it to anyone visiting Portugal to make the effort to go to Evora.

Lovely location and property

After our frenetic pace in Porto and Lisbon, entering this property brought a sense of true relaxation and peace of mind that a vacation is suppose to deliver. With super easy no hassle check in, the place felt like home away from home in a central location of town and yet not in the midst of touristy busyness. We had the pleasure of living like a local at a laid back pace, thanks to our stay at this property, and the owners who made this possible.

Great location

The apartment was fantastic. If I lived in Évora I would love to live in that apartment. It was updated and clean. It was very spacious. Easy communication with the owners. I would definitely stay there again. 5 stars all around!

Wonderful Stay in Évora Great Location

Great experiences from intimate Fado to delicious Tapas, Organ music, and incredible sights. The flat had a great location with lots of room to spread out and beautiful rooftop deck.

Magical Townhouse

Perfect location, three-story historic townhouse with tons of charm, natural light, views in 3 directions. We loved it. (Be prepared climb stairs). You can walk to everything in Evora. We really felt at home. The house is above a baker on a lively corner near the upper entrance to Evora. Busy with people and cars, but only enough to make it interesting. Double-pane windows keep out any unwanted noise. Don't hesitate to stay here if you're lucky enough to find it available - it was a highlight of our time in Portugal.

Perfect place in heart of Evora

Lovely apartment very well located with restaurants and shopping conveniently located nearby. The parking was inside a garage and easy to access. The kitchen made snack and meals easy to prepare. Highly recommend this property for your stay in this lovely city.

Spacious apartment conveniently located

The apartment was extensive, across multiple floors, including a roof-top terrace. Clean and well outfitted with all the necessary amenities. The owners were easy to reach and quick to respond to any questions. The nearby underground parking was a nice bonus. Due to the location, there is a good bit of road noise, especially at the front of the house (dining area), but the house has A/C, and the doors/windows block out the noise, so sleeping was never an issue.

Wonderful - comfortable and great location

Everything was great. Communications before arriving was clear and timely. The apartment was all we were expecting and more. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. Excellent location, we could walk to everything we wanted to see in town. Parking in the garage right across the street was very convenient (though we parked the car and didn't use it again until we left). Lots of shops, cafes and restaurants close by. We didn't do much cooking, but the kitchen was reasonably well stocked. The only inconvenience was that the only coffee maker used some special pods and there were only a few provided. We couldn't find in a nearby market, so weren't able to make coffee the last morning. Fortunately there are two cafes (one downstairs and another across the street) where we could buy coffees, plus some pastries to go with them.

Best location and unique house

Great location

Location is great. The house is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The patio on the top is fantastic. Some little things must be corrected : no hot water in the kitchen, the oven needs some repairs and a guide for the TV should be provided.

Complete home in Evora

Great location and comfortable lodging. Memory foam beds were nice. roof deck was really cool! Old thick walls but modern windows. Our family enjoyed staying here. Kitchen needs updating.

Beautiful townhome, very poor management

The townhome is beautifully restored& furnished. Beautiful views onto square. Unfortunately, the manager did not meet to show us details, no soap In bathroom dispenser, no toilet paper in either bathrooms, clothes washing machine was on the blink with a rusted drying rack, kitchen sink leaks discoloring the counter, no light bulbs on many lamps , erratic hot water. No help came from management.
