The staff was friendly and well trained. With that being said. It goes way down from there. The room was not clean. The tables, end tables and tv stand were very dirty. The carpet was sticky, dirty and stained. The police were there multiple times throughout the evening. The neighborhood is rough. I chose this hotel for convenience of the location. Never again. Always read your reviews.

Great for the price!
The owners are kind great people. Friendly staff. We have been staying for years. We come for work it is well priced and we do not ever have run in or problems with the city problems that surround the area. The owners and staff maintain safety on the property.

I called the office to make sure my payment got applied to a specific room since the 'reservation' was for a family member who was already staying there. The guy in the office was extremely rude. I said "I'm calling about my reservation." He said "Yeah, so what about it? What about it?!!" Before I could explain why I wanted to confirm since it was an odd situation, he said "You don't need to call, it comes thru automatically!!!!" & he hung up. When I drove into the parking lot the previous night to visit my family member, I saw a rat on the walkway outside the rooms.

the room had holes in the wall beverage stikes on the wall dust every where floor by sink was nasty dirty ,outlet by sink was out of the socket beds were terrible holes in them the microwave was rusty not very good choice of channels on tv no good internet connection we will not stay here again

It's more like transitional housing in an older motel. The location is convenient and a lot of walkable restaurants and grocery. The room was very worn and minimal maintenance. Very loud and lots of noise all night long.

The front desk couldn’t find my Expedia reservation where already I paid. Had to call customer service to straighten out. No towels were provided in room. Font desk couldn’t find where clean towels were stored. Room was adequate but everything old/worn/outdated. Large amount of homeless people around the area. Next time I’ll spend the extra $ and stay somewhere much nicer.

Our room was filthy, and when we presented the front desk with this issue at checkout since we were only able to stay one night, I asked for a partial refund and they told us know because we didn’t tell them right when we got in the room. Mind you there is pizza crust and candy all over the floor and the room was just filthy anyway.

OK if you need to be in that area.
Convenient location for picking up a car from nearby dealer who warned me that this was a problem neighborhood. Had no trouble myself but Fred Myer across the road is getting a bad rap. I did notice that the security lock on the door to my room was missing the slider. Otherwise, I slept well, even overslept and missed breakfast.

Front counter person was amazing. Very nice and communicated everything with me. Answered all my questions i had. Upon entering the room i wasnt to impressed. It was just a room. A dirty lookinng blah room. Needs some good deep cleaning and vaccuming caulking in the bathroom the wall can be painted where someone spray painted the wall above headboard.

As long as you are ok with the possibility of the homeless breaking into your car, and the traffic of vehicles and people coming in and out of this place, it looks a little sketchy. Will have to look deeper at location when booking from now on.

The room smelled like smoke. The carpet was dirty. The furniture old. Needed an update. Small pillows. 1 towel and washcloth for 4 people. Overpriced. No continental breakfast included.

What a dump this place was. Stains on carpet and walls. One bath towel &1 face cloth was all that was supplied. I had to go get more from the office. Asked for extra pillows as the 2 supplied were pretty flat. The guy took about 10 minutes to come with a couple of lumpy pillows that I figured he had just made & possibly filled them with stray socks - they were that lumpy. Would never stay there again.

Check in was horrible. Forgot my ID. They would not let me use my online ID. Had my Husband name on the card of booking but wouldn’t honor my husbands ID. Made us pay for another room. Would not refund. Would not accommodate. The faucet was not working. Booked for part of 4 gave us 1 set of towels. Asked more 3 more gave us only 2. No iron. Would never recommend.

Worst ever
Probably the worst place I have ever stayed. The place is filthy. Carpet and chairs stained with things I don't even want to think about. Black hairs on the sheets, bathroom disgusting. The place looks like a homeless shelter pretending to be a motel.

Extremely filthy. Sheets were full of hair, carpet left black marks on items, crusty bits on walls and counters, either caked dirt or mold in appliances. Items had thick dust. The only thing that had been cleaned was the toilet, thankfully. Only stayed for a few hours and got out after sleeping on my own blankets. Was initially placed in an unbreathable smoking room but they did switch me.

Not a clean room at all
Was not clean at all. The shower was full of hair on the walls. The carpets were not clean or vacuumed. Finding other people's hair in the bed was not pleasing. I was not pleased with my stay. Still get cringe shivers just thinking about it.

This is based on expectations for a roadside motel type place. It was suitably clean and supplied. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was no breakfast as expected due to COVID or supply chain or ... but the coffee in the morning was decent. The only real problem was that one of the table lamps in my room was broken.

Room smelled absolutely horrible. Ashes & dirt on floor. Walls very dirty ( can physically see the dirt) & sticky in places. Aired out room with a whole bottle of antibacterial spray. Came back 2 hrs later & tried to sleep it all away.

The 100 dollar cash deposit was really a pain.. in this day and age..i dont carry cash, so having to withdrawal cash was a pain especially for a deposit..i only had one towel, one wash cloth and a bath mat. No real amenities in the room.. the ice machine was broken.. and at 11pm as i was asleep, a guy knocked on my door to give me "another" room key.. so getting woke up for something i already had a really stupid.. they say they offer breakfast but when you check in.. they have a sign stating that since "covid" they don't offer breakfast..and only coffee is served.. so with all of that i can honestly say i will not be staying at this hotel again..

Decent room for the cost
The gal that checked me in was very personable and friendly! We chatted for a while before I went to my room. The room was fine. Definitely a place for the budget traveler, but the wifi was decent. There was actually a full kitchenette in the room (2-burner stove, microwave, kitchen sink and fridge) which I wasn't aware of. The room could definitely use a little TLC and maintenance, but overall it was just fine. Like I said, definitely a place for the budget traveler. I would stay here again if needed if that tells you anything.

Got there were all kinds of people walking around the building looking like they were looking to buy drugs. A big hole was cut in the fence. Wasn’t a safe place to stay when u have a trailer full of merchandise
