Todo estaba muy limpio y organizado ,siempre inspecciono el cuarto donde me voy a hospedar y todo estaba muy bien , el baño súper limpio. Definitivamente las personas de limpieza trabajan duro para que nosotros los invitados tengamos una buena estadía, por favor aumenten el salario a los housekeepers , denle mayores beneficios , no los apresuren a limpiar tantos cuartos en un tiempo límite porque hay unos cuartos más sucios que otros cuando los invitados nos vamos y eso toma tiempo unos cuartos mas que otros , traten a los housekeepers como reyes y reinas ! Sin ellos los hoteles no tendrían invitados! Y los demás empleados como supervisores ,managers etc no tendrían trabajo! Así que por favor traten a los housekeepers como se merecen ! Como lo que son! Los pilares de un hotel! Y porfavor no les roben las propinas a los housekeepers! Nosotros los invitados dejamos las propinas para los housekeepers! Para nadie más ! Porque ellos son los que limpian y arreglan todo para el próximo invitado!

This was our second extended stay at this hotel. The maintenance had been done and overall, the place was much cleaner. Breakfast always provided several options from hot to cold and was always well stocked. Easy check in and out.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, there are some things about his hotel that would prevent us from staying there again. The hotel is located hundreds of feet from the freeway, so the traffic noise is quite loud and consistent. The walls appear to have no insulation and we could hear every word of the conversations in the room next to us. On the plus side, the breakfast was okay. If the breakfast sausages hadn't been very overcooked, I would say that it was actually good. The staff was very courteous and friendly.

Front desk person was Wonderful. Room was lovely. Bathroom was small. Breakfast area was very congested. Set up was off. Overall nice.

Property was great, beds comfortable. I would have liked a little bit more of a variety for breakfast. Other than that we enjoyed our very short stay.

The reason I booked this property is because we have an early morning flight out of PAE and they claimed to have a shuttle service to the airport which they do not. So we have to rely on a taxi.

Everything was good just I pick a room with a king size bed and a fold out couch but go a small couch that didn’t fold out my grandson didn’t want to sleep with us and the couch was small he had to sleep on floor 🙁

I liked the room, it was comfortable. There is alot of parking to choose from and they give you a little parking pass. But you can hear people coming down the hall, and there is an additional lock on the inside of the door that did not latch into place. Which for me was a little scary because I'm a woman when traveling alone. When I checked in I waited a bit at the desk and once the woman saw me she huffed loudly and just looked like she checked in 20 people in a row.

Fridge didn’t work, called front desk and was not fixed. Asked the next day and was told there were no maintenance people on site. Loud traffic noise, could hear word for word what my neighbours were saying in the early morning hours, key card routinely stopped working. I don’t usually write reviews but very disappointed with my stay here

Clean property with some work needed on the bath tub, can see the ring, but nothing housekeeping can do as tub must be old. They must have done some work recently as looks overall good. Liked that entry area is not carpeted. Good choice of breakfast items and glad parking is not extra like other places in Seattle. Pool is basic and i feel sorry for those who have to clean up after guests who have used it with little consideration for others. They went through to lift leaving a trail of water. Would stay again at the price point i paid.

Lack of towels, “locks” on windows don’t actually lock, blinds on both windows broken (controls legit pulled off and left on the sill), stains on floor and left overs from previous guests, no overhead lights in room besides at the door, lighting was pretty poor overall, filters to the HVAC were caked in dirt/dust and the HOT tub was literally colder than the pool while the pool tastes like salt!

When checking in couldn’t find lady for almost 15-20 min no one was at the desk. There was hair and dirt in the jetted tub and on the curtains and on the pillows. The jetted tub jets was very weak and one didn’t work also very small. The room took 6 hours to heat up with it being 38 degrees outside. Very unhappy for the price I paid.
