"Stayed at this property for a little over a week. Property is in good shape, location is convenient. Host is very responsive to questions. Highly recommend this property"

"The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. "

"Place was everything it said it was. Clean and easy to get to. Parking with all the snow was difficult at times but if we are willing to walk a bit there are spaces. Coveneinet to restaurants and food"

"We had a wonderful stay! The studio was clean, cozy, and located in a beautiful historic house. It was also conveniently close to downtown, which made it easy to explore the area. The check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. Communication with the host was excellent—they responded quickly and were very helpful whenever we had a question. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!"

"The location of this unit is so convenient to public transportation.It was immaculately, clean, very bright and comfortable inside. The beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were beautiful.It was the perfect place to stay with friends and day trip trips into Boston. Communication with the owner was really easy and he was very responsive.I would definitely come back here!"

"Sink Faucet in the main bathroom was wobbly,had difficulty turning on cold tap. Wall paint in main bathroom was peeling off. Parking was not that great . We have to park in the street after 7pm if you want free parking. We ended up staying in the property from4pm til 7pm so we can secure the spot where we were parked. We were afraid there won’t be available parking spot if we leave our parking spot. I don’t feel like the bedsheets were freshly laundered. My pillow case doesn’t smell like it was...

"The property was well maintained and very clean. It was what we were looking for because it was close to Boston with available free parking for the rental car. The neighborhood was a very safe and peaceful. The property was within walking distance to several restaurants and local stores. The appliances were in excellent condition. We were able to make our family meals when didn’t feel like ordering take out. My wife was able to workout with her normal YouTube workouts on the smart Tv. Our kids...

"Had a great time in an elegantly spooky first floor apartment within walking distance from downtown. The host was responsive and provided instructions in advance. Would definitely stay again! "

"House was impeccably clean and designed so beautifully. The location was a quiet little street full of lovely historic homes. The beds were so comfortable! Joe was a super nice and responsive host and helped us out when our flight got changed and our arrival time was several hours earlier than expected. We truly enjoyed our stay here."

"From initial contact with Serene the communication could not have been any better. The house is wonderful and ideally located to all amenities in Milton. The bedrooms and living areas comfortable. Big shout out to the people of Milton! We were treated like minor celebrities. Applauded into Chans Chinese restaurant..free beers...and everyone so warm and welcoming. If Scotland get back to Boston and you are a larger group (we were 8) then book it!"

"Great space, easy walking to Salem Tourist spots and couldn't be happier with our stay. Probably the best shower I've experienced in a long time! Super pressure!"
