"The good: Beautiful views and right on the beach. Floor plan is creepy. The “first floor tenant” has direct access to our living area on the second floor at all times. There is a camera in the hallway. The hot tub was filthy and a serious hazard for children. Fine if it’s out of service but then drain and cover it. The Keurig coffee maker doesn’t work. Only two coffee mugs in the kitchen WiFi signal does not reach to the bedrooms. A lot of potential but for this price frankly I expect more. "

"The location of this home is perfect. Walking distance to everything the town has to offer. This is an older home that has been upgraded, but could still use a few more updates. "

"Place was everything it said it was. Clean and easy to get to. Parking with all the snow was difficult at times but if we are willing to walk a bit there are spaces. Coveneinet to restaurants and food"
