"The house is nice for an older place. It is not wheelchair accessible as listed. There is not a playground and very, very little grass for a child to play. The docks weren't in yet (I understand its early and that's fine) but they were up on the patio. The picture shows a nice patio with fire pit to sit around, that wasn't there as the docks were in the way. Parking is very small (as listed it says 2 cars, which is accurate) but a truck doesn't fit well at all. The top bunk bed wasn't even...

"The exterior of this home wasn't updated so I was concerned when arriving, however, the interior was clean and comfortable. There are 4 bedrooms 2 on the main floor and 2 in the basement. 2 full bathrooms on the main floor. I would recommend this facility to others. However, the exterior definitely needs some sprucing up. The beds in the basement could use some bed frames as the box springs and mattresses are just on the floor."
