Great Location, Older Unit, Very Clean.
The pic on this site are prob a bit out dated. The unit is old but comfortable, off street parking with lock up garage at rear. Great location easy walk to beach areas. The unit was very clean. Laundry located back of unit next door but no dryer. No air con or heating. Two pedestal fans one badly rusted no portable heater stayed during colder month. Appliances very old but working none test tagged but not sure what industry requirements are, surprised smoke alarm did not go off from bathroom steam as located outside door. Toilet has loud pipe noise not good over night. Very small hot water system not sure how family would go. Iron board a little bench top thing with broken legs & dirty iron. There was a cassette player you could get some cassettes at the local opp shop but the batteries were badly leaking in it. The BBQ located out back next to 6 garbage bins but you need to buy timber. This is a good little unit but needs a fresh look at what it is offering.
