    Located on the ground floor, Pacific Palms 1 provides easy and convenient access to the beach, just step outside the front door and walk straight across to Airforce Beach.     Inside, the unit boasts a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen, thoughtfully designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare and enjoy delicious home-cooked meals, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up. There's also a single carport available for parking.

Needs a clean

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed there over the weekend, and the property desperately needed a deep clean. We found spiders, dust caked on eveything, all the dishes/cutlery were not very clean. No garbage bags, linen was not supplied and it was not stated on the original ad. The location is great but overall disappointed with the cleanliness. The real estate weren't overly welcoming either, just gave us the keys and that was about it.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Evans head is developing with many units being updated and looking fresh and clean, this unit needs to follow the trend. We stayed here over 4 years ago, the only thing that has been updated is the price.
