Wonderful 13 Acre East Texas Getaway near Canton on 3 Stocked Ponds!

  • 13 Acre ¡Retírese una hora fuera de Dallas con 3 estanques de pesca surtidos con Bass, Blue Gill, Catfish y Crappie! Aislado y tranquilo, pero a solo 10 millas de Canton y First Monday Trade Days. Pesque desde el balcón privado, haga una fogata en el fogón, tome el bote Jon en los estanques grandes, observe las estrellas, juegue a las herraduras, o simplemente relájese y disfrute de la naturaleza. Tiendas de antigüedades y arte en las cercanías de Cantón y otras ciudades encantadoras como Ben Wheeler y Edom (con su próspera comunidad artística).

    Cabina encantadora que recuerda a una vieja escuela y puede alojar hasta 8 personas en 2 pisos. El primer piso tiene un dormitorio separado con cama queen y un sofá cama queen size, además de baño privado con ducha, amplio salón con televisión y cocina completamente equipada. El piso de arriba tiene una entrada independiente para otra familia o hijos adolescentes, y también incluye un dormitorio privado con cama tamaño king, un sofá cama tamaño queen, baño privado con bañera, cocina equipada y sala de estar grande con televisor de pantalla grande.

The cabin is private, the view and wildlife were peaceful, we had all we needed for our short stay. The host gave accurate check-in instructions and directions, the cabin was clean. A friend and i were in town for Canton Trade Days, we liked we had two separate apartments with everything we needed, short 10-15 min drive into Canton and well away from all the traffic and congestion.

The stay here was picture perfect, I loved the look of the school house and the antique looking stove and the school chair in the front of house with the bell at top of the house. The place was clean and serene. A quiet commune with nature. We saw fish but did not fish, we walked the property many places to explore really enjoyed the peace and quiet and mornings looking out over water with a light fog. A very nice place to get away from it all.

What a Perfect Anniversary Getaway!

My husband of 20 years and I had the best time at this cabin. It was so relaxing, the fishing was great, and the decor was phenomenal. It really was the perfect anniversary getaway!

Definitely an oasis! The property is beautiful, managed perfectly, and our time here was amazing!The accommodations were above our expectations, communication with the hosts was superb! They have a beautiful property that lives up to its reputationFishing was so much fun! I caught around 15 large mouth bass none less than 1.75-2lbs, biggest was around 3.5 lbs. The pond is well maintained, a lot of structure and areas to fish. We had a lot of grass and the water wasn’t as clear, but that’s due to nature. They had a lot of rain prior to our arrival. Using Senko plastics wacky style the bite was great. It’s a perfect place for beginner or experienced anglers! Definitely going back again

This cabin was so nice, peaceful and stocked with everything you will need...my son loved the jon boat and fishing off the pier right outside our door..he caught a few good size catfish and bass..Thank you Russ for a relaxing weekend..we will be back.
