The house was lovely and had everything we needed. We cooked many big meals and spent a lot of time relaxing. The hot tub was great, the property was beautiful next to the water. The beds were really comfortable. The host was very accommodating and kind and we had a wonderful experience!

There is not enough good words for this place. House was huge, clean and was absolutely perfect for us. We loved the river and how we could just walk to it. We loved the peacefulness, the river, the fire pit and the ping pong table. We all had a blast, we liked it soo much we went ahead and booked it for next year. Counting down the days!!!

Had an issue around check in that got fixed immediately. Host replies back fast and resolves all issues. The house was perfect for our family and toddlers. The water was beautiful. My almost two year old loved all the rocks and playing in the river. We accidentally left clothes in the dryer and the host was kind enough to ship them to us. This house is about a 15 minute drive to downtown eureka springs and 1 hour away from Branson. Thanks for hosting us!

The location makes this VRBO a gem! We were a party of 11: 6 adults and 5 kids. We had enough space to spread out, but also took advantage of all of the room to gather. We spent endless hours down at the gravel bar. The kitchen was stocked with everything to prepare your meals and drinks. This location offers the chance to truly “vacation”!

Another wonderful experience

This is our second year staying at this amazing property! We had a wonderful time sitting by the river, enjoying nature and family. It’s very secluded and spacious. We had a party of 10 and had plenty of room to spread out. The fire pit and hot tub are wonderful! Planning to go back next year! Love this place! Kelly was wonderful and easy to reach out to. Great experience!

Spacious, Beautiful, Secluded.

Booked this for our annual "Friendsgiving" vacation, and it did not disappoint! We had four couples (all 50 +) at the home and there was more than enough room for everyone. Not just the bedrooms, which were all spacious with comfortable beds, but both the common rooms had plenty of space for lounging, gaming, eating, etc.. The downstairs gaming / common room has great reclining sofas to sit around and watch the TV if that's your thing, and there is also a ping-pong table inside and hot tub outside. There is also a LP gas grill outside that worked great. The property is fantastic as well, with the river running behind the house, wildlife passing through each morning and evening, and a full length deck on the upper floor with a covered outside dining area. And did I say secluded? I can pretty much guarantee you won't see or hear anybody else except the guests staying at the house. These tips are not negatives, but just a few things to consider: 1. There is a spiral staircase between floors that may be difficult for some, but there is still access using the stairs on the deck, or you could simply walk down the side of the house to bypass stairs all together. None of us had any issues. 2. The rising sun hits the upstairs common area pretty hard, making it a bit uncomfortable for a few hours so just be prepared for that. Easy enough to move downstairs during that time, so not an issue for any of us. We would definitely recommend this property 100% !!!

Tranquility

Perfect getaway!!! If you crave peace and quiet with a side of wildlife this is the place for you. Having your own personal space with no interruptions except the squirrels, armadillo, rabbits, deer, along with private gravel bar PRICELESS!!!! oh and the house is nice too :)

Perfect Vacation

Amazing place! Secluded, quiet and beautiful. The proximity to the river was excellent and we had so much catching fish. We really enjoyed the home and how comfortable it was. My mother especially liked the bedding, also with her having a handicap the house was very easy to maneuver. Everything we needed was provided for and the host was easy to get in touch with. That was not necessary though because all the things we needed were taken care of before we even walked in the door. Great views and only 10 miles to food and shopping in eureka springs! 10 out 10 would recommend! Thank you for sharing your lovely home!

Nice house on the river!

We really enjoyed our stay at bella casa and would recomend it to others. The only downside was that the road to the house was rough for cars and motorcycles.
