We had a great stay. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, kitchen was stocked with the essentials, the bed was comfortable but my favorite was the big bathtub! We will definitely stay here again!

The cottage had the ammenities we needed for our week long stay. It was right on the lake. If it hadnt rained almost everyday we were there we probably would have utiliezed the hot tub. The host was very responsive to our needs and questions. Their expectations were clearly defined. Loved the fact this cottage had a lovely view of the lake and was less than 2 minutes from the marina. Its located on the corner of a one way street, and other than the road noise from the main road leading onto the property, it was very quiet. Would definitely recommend this property and will probably come back the next time we are in the area.

This place was one of the nicer places we have stayed. Both hot tub and jetted tub were fabulous. Kitchen was well stocked. Loved the outdoor furniture. The listing should tell it’s inches from a busy road BUT the traffics did stop during the night, but started back up between 6-7 a.m.

very clean. jaccuzi tube was slick on bottom to take shower with. need to get shower mat for it. hot tub was great. could not get ceiling fan to work in bedroom. stay was great. place was great by golf course and marina. could of used a few more towels. the hand towel holder in bathroom kept falling off. a trail down to the lake would have been nice to walk down to lake.

Cute Place

This property was a fun place to stay. We enjoyed the view of the lake, the easy access to the hot tub that was private and the indoor jacuzzi tub! We loved the wraparound deck and the grill. The cabin was fully stocked with towels, kitchen supplies, and we felt totally safe! Thanks for helping us have a great getaway!

Good time at Holiday Island AR

I was there for 12 hours. It is spacious, clean and comfortable. I did struggle with the top on the hot tub because it must be jammed between a fence and the tub when soaking Pulling, tugging and twisting while wet was dangerous. It was probably just me but a much stronger person would be fine. It was not a relaxing conclusion to my pleasant soak.

Relaxing getaway

a nice quiet place to get away from hustle and bustle. Very comfortable bed, and a nice private hot tub to look at the stars. about 15 minutes or so to get to Eureka Springs!

Cute and Remote

It was a cute little house, mostly clean except for some cobwebs that were not removed. Beautiful views, but its a corner lot so there's a lot of road noise. Its also in a remote area where not even the local pizza place will send deliveries. If you aren't used to driving on mountain roads, I would bring supplies for meals woth you for your stay.

Place was amazing, very clean with great views. I would have given 5 stars but most of the batteries in the remotes were dead and computer doesn't work at all. Outside of the dead batteries...it really is a great little spot that I can't wait to return. Thanks so much for an amazing vacation.

Beautiful part of the state

This place is in a nice location to everything. They need to stay on top of repairs though. One of the reasons we chose this place was because it had a hot tub, knowing the nights were going to be chilly. The problem was the hot tub wasn’t hot, very disappointing. Other than that it’s a nice quiet, clean location.

Anniversary Getaway

We stayed 3 nights. The place was super clean. The jacuzzi tub was big enough for 2 people and so relaxing! We didn't try the hot tub- it was in a tiny space with fencing around it. The only thing I would have liked better was that the location wasn't close to the main road. It was fairly quiet, but we could hear cars going by in the daytime.
