It’s monitored from 9-4 Monday-Friday. At 1.10 per hour. As an alternative, there are currently a few nearby free parking options available:

The street along the 1st Street side of the building offers free parking on a first-come, first-served basis.

Additionally the gravel lot located across from the building is also currently free to use.

Please note that these free parking areas are subject to change as the city continues to expand the Passport Parking program. Also Pay attention to posted signs in Eureka, there is 2 hour parking during business hours all throughout old town and on the 1st street side of the building if you shall need to park on the street.
