    Un lugar especial, una estancia maravillosa. ¡En pleno centro de TODO!!! El estadio Autzen, el Matthew Knight Arena, el Hayward Field o la Universidad de Oregón. Estamos justo al lado del estadio Autzen: ¡puedes ver el marcador desde nuestra puerta principal! El espacio habitable total es de 800 pies cuadrados, MÁS más de 450 pies cuadrados de sala de ocio/garaje rediseñado.

    Tu espacio es TU lugar... Acceso sin llaves: privado y seguro. Tu espacio no está en la casa principal, sino que es un anexo independiente de ella.
    SUITE: dormitorio n.º 1 y dormitorio n.º 2

    En el dormitorio n.º 1 caben cómodamente hasta 4 personas en dos camas king size. La suite incluye: vestidor, mesa de comedor, tele de pantalla grande con canal por cable, chimenea. La habitación tiene dos grandes puertas francesas que dan a los cenadores, las mesas con chimenea y el jardín, además de vistas a la parte delantera de la casa.

    El dormitorio n.º 2 tiene capacidad para hasta 4 personas en dos camas queen. Se accede a esta habitación a través de una puerta privada desde la suite n.º 1. Esta habitación cuenta con grandes puertas correderas de cristal y amplios ventanales que dan a las mismas zonas exteriores que la habitación n.º 1.

    Hay un suplemento de 35,00 $ por persona y noche, a partir de la persona n.º 7 y la n.º 8 [niños menores de 2 años excluidos, es decir, sin suplemento].

    Las zonas comunes privadas y seguras de ambas habitaciones incluyen:
    Una pequeña cocina tipo «Hotel » con nevera, tostadora, microondas, cafetera Keurig, horno tostador y fregadero completo. Cafetera de goteo, hervidor de agua instantáneo, vajilla y cubertería completas. También hay un cuarto de baño privado totalmente de mármol con dos lavabos, ducha de mármol y encimeras.

    La casa cuenta con:
    Calentador de agua a gas Rinnai de suministro continuo, caldera de gas y aire acondicionado de altísima eficiencia, sistema de purificación de aire REMY para toda la casa, sistema de seguridad, parking cubierto y cerrado, y acceso privado sin llave al dormitorio n.º 1, desde donde puedes acceder al dormitorio n.º 2.

    OCIO
    En el exterior: desde las puertas francesas de la suite n.º 1 y desde las puertas correderas de cristal del dormitorio n.º 2 se accede a los cenadores cubiertos y a la zona de hoguera con mesas, ideal para recibir invitados; el acceso al jardín trasero cuenta con 400s q.ft. adicionales de césped artificial.
    - ADEMÁS, una sala de juegos y ejercicio de 450'ft. Mesa de billar, muebles de cuero, barra de bar, tele de 75", cinta de correr, pesas, equipo de ejercicio variado, dardos, petanca, juego de cornhole, frisbee golf y mucho más.

Within walking distance of popular trails for biking, running, etc. Several locations to rent bikes along the trail system. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. I was able to easily walk across the bridge to Hayward Field for 2 events. Autzen stadium is even closer.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and helpful, and they even shared great recommendations for things to do and places to eat around the Eugene area. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and warm—everything we needed to feel right at home. The location couldn’t be more convenient, especially for attending events at Autzen Stadium. It was an easy 10-minute walk, which made our trip so much easier. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great location

The property is in a great location to enjoy a football game at U of O! The backyard is fantastic for entertaining and the hosts are very helpful!

Patio for entertaining

We visited for a track meet at the U of O. This was a great location and the hosts were very accommodating and friendly. The patio area is perfect for gathering friends.

Beautiful neighborhood down the street from Autzen.

Amazing Tudor Cottage Suite

My family and I stayed at this property for the weekend to watch the Oregon Ducks football. Julie and Michael were tremendous hosts. We loved the stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, fun, and relaxing getaway. Especially if you plan to go watch the Oregon Ducks play.

I can't say enough about what a wonderful "home" this was! From the minute that I booked to the day we left, the host/hostess was superb! Wonderful Football Weekend Getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the Tudor Cottage Suite. It was perfect for our family, kiddos and grandparents included. We loved the cozy indoor space and great outdoor space. Quick walk to the stadium so we didn’t have to worry about parking. And Michael and Julie were so kind and helpful! We hope to make this an annual trip!

Autzen across the street

Property location is awesome if you have anything going on at University of Oregon Campus or Autzen stadium. Walking distance to stadium is about 7-10 min. everything needed is close by (restaurants, coffee, etc). Hosts are VERY friendly and helpful.

If you want to see an Oregan Football game the Tudor Cottage Suite is the place to stay. It’s an 8-minute walk to the stadium so you avoid all of the parking and traffic issues. Michael and Julie were great hosts and graciously helped us with all the requests that we had. Everything was better than described in the property description. There is a tremendous entertaining area in the back yard with an attached man cave. This property had everything that you could want for a Father, Sons football getaway.

Game Day Stay

We had a great stay for the Civil War Game. It was a bit chilly, given it was over Thanksgiving, and I think it would be an even better place during warm weather. However, despite the temp, the hosts kept everything warm and cozy for us. The game room was a hit for our group who were "tailgating" and the outdoor fireplace spots were great. The hosts could not have been better. They were amazing.

Duck Graduation

With the difficulty of finding a hotel for 2025 UO graduation a year ago we stumbled across this VRBO property. Needless to say it was much better than staying in any hotel, especially with 5 adults. The 2 bedrooms offer plenty of sleeping space and the outdoor area was a perfect spot to hangout after long days on campus or running around town. We were even able to have other friends over to enjoy the outdoor area with some takeout & a few adult beverages. The owners are on property, but not intrusive. They are very hospitable and even were able to accommodate an early check-in. Wish we had known about this spot over the 4 years coming to Eugene to visit our son and highly recommend this beautiful cottage property.

Great Place to Stay in Eugene

My wife and I spent 8 nights here and found the place to be spacious and attractive. We wanted the second bedroom in case out grandchildren wanted to spend some nights with us. The kitchenette is small but adequate for light food preparation. The bathroom was spotless and had a double sink. Plenty of towels! Michael is very attentive and helpful. The property is well located near Autzen Stadium and easy to find. The back yard is very nicely done, and there is lots of outdoor seating. All in all, we truly enjoyed our stay in every respect and recommend it highly!
