Welcome to Our Cozy Retreat!



Nestled in the serene back end of Hendrix Park, our spacious 1,550 sq. ft. home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Just 1 mile from Hayward Field and a quick 5-minute drive to the University of Oregon, it’s ideally located for both relaxation and exploration.



With a covered carport and a beautiful outdoor deck, our home provides a welcoming space for your stay. We’ve enjoyed many family moments here and hope you’ll love it just as much!



The Space:

This house is nestled in a gorgeous area of Eugene surronded by trees & Forrest. Our deck provides a gorgeous view. Some details about our house.



- Steep driveway- 1 spot above the driveway off road.

- Stairs: Our home has many levels it is not recommended for anyone with bad knees or hip issues. The driveway is steep and there are various stairs throughout the house.



- 3 bedrooms

- 1 kid/ twin bed & queen

- The other 2 rooms have queen beds



- 1 bathroom has a tub



- 1 bathroom has a shower



- The kitchen is on the main level of the home and the living room has stairs going down into the space. The bedrooms have a few stairs leading up that space.



- The deck is on the main level and has stairs leading down the grass area.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home. No other persons live on this property.



The Neighborhood:

The neighborhood is called "Laurel Hill Valley" and is great for walking. there are roads that lead the "Hendrix Park."



Getting Around:

You will need a car to get out of the neighborhood. Although close to UofO there is a major freeway that would hard to walk on.
