This is our second stay here and we will likely be back. We stayed for a close proximity to the ice rink. We like having the two separate rooms, the pet friendly accommodations, and having a washer and dryer on site.

You know damn well the details about my "stay." Your organization is void of ethics and a moral compass. You have no basis for holding yourself out as a business. You know I HAD TO LEAVE this unsafe dump prematurely and was told misinformation (too kind of a word), and faulty assurances by your staff all along the way. You have cost me financially, emotionally, and physically; I will do all I can to publish the evidence I have already shared with you in an attempt to protect the public from further exploitation and deleterious consequences directly caused by your unconscionable, unprofessional actions and your repeatedly deceitful words, to say the least. I will not waste my time sending you all of the photos I have already supplied, and you will not allow me to send the most incriminating videos, but here are a couple of photos:
This pile of garbage is where homeless slept outside my door; the host disregarded my concerns about this and when I opened the door (no peephole to check), and someone was there taking the groceries that had been delivered after stealing clothes.
After trying to walk 2 blocks with my walker to get my mail from my "host's" house, this is what I had to try to climb to get to my mail which was harrowing and highly risky for me, a 74-year-old disabled woman with no help, which he and you knew.

Right Place, Right Price

The location was perfect for us. We went out to dinner then to a play the Hult Center. Near by Resturant options were plentiful and Hult Center was easily accessible. The neighborhood and the building are older but both were comfortable and we had no issues. The host was very responsive and helpful when it came to questions.

The beds were very comfortable. However, I suggest the owners update the chipped kitchen countertops, replace the chipped rusty-drain bathroom sink, and paint all the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Also, both bedrooms need screens and the bathroom screen has a big hole and needs replacing. It would have been nice to have real glassware, not plastic, for our wine.That said, the carpet and other flooring was in good shape and the small air conditioner in living room worked great. And the live plants were healthy and lovely.

Private pet friendly spot

Very quiet, older but had everything we needed for a fun stay over the holidays. Nice private patio off one of the bedrooms, worked great for my dog to have space to run around. Beds were very comfortable, nice big tv, lots of comfy furniture for lounging. Adequate kitchen supplies and big roomy fridge. Communication with the host was terrific. I would definitely stay here again!

Cal the host was very responsive. He made some excellent restaurant recommendations. The unit is a little old, however, the cleanliness and “quirky “ decor was great! We all slept well.
