The most spacious and well-equipped apartment of any vacation stay! The hosts, Stan and Juris, were wonderful caring people, eager to meet any need. Stan even sold me what was a very expensive rod and reel (of his) for my grandson for only 25! Kitchen had immense counter space, many drawers of utensils and tableware— and 3 different types of coffee makers. Keurig cartridges had high quality local brews! Bed was firm and most comfortable of our trip! Parking was in his driveway abutting our apartment. TVs in living armrests and bedroom. Spacious walk-in closet.Lots of counter, med cabinet, and shelf space in bathroom. Amazing place! Will def be back!

Fantastic experience with superb hosts!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience staying at this VRBO. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). Every detail was thoughtfully considered—from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds and cozy linens.The location was perfect for our needs: peaceful and quiet, yet close enough to everything we wanted to do (appx 10 mins to the university). We especially loved the welcome package on arrival :)The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the check-in and check-out process seamless. It’s clear they truly care about their guests having a great stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and getaway!

This property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, on a street with very little traffic. There is dedicated parking in the driveway. The rooms are clean, attractive, roomy and comfortable.The hosts had thought to provide everything we needed. The bed and bedding was so comfortable, and the shower was great! I would definitely stay here again!!!

Absolutely wonderful! I would have loved to just move in and stay. The apartment was super clean, comfortable, elegant, tastefully decorated. It had everything you could possibly need or want to cook, sit and dine, read.... several thoughtful toiletries, toys, and baby things were provided. Totally gorgeous wine glasses. And the hosts were delightful. This was probably my best place to stay away from home. Definitely plan on returning.

Excellent apartment in Eugene, OR.

We stayed at Stan and Juris’ apartment in Eugene. It is conveniently located and has easy access to freeways and from/to the Eugene Airport. Parking at Juris’ apartment is easy and access to the apartment is quick and simple. The apartment offers security, it’s well lit, it is sparkling clean everywhere, and has ample room for a week or longer stay. The apartment is well stocked with supplies and has appropriate kitchen utensils. Stan and Juris are wonderful hosts, they give personal attention to their guests; communicating with them is easy, they respond quickly, and they strive to give guests a pleasant experience. Don’t be afraid to ask questions or to ask for their advice regarding questions about Eugene, these hosts are pleased to help. I highly recommend staying at their place.

Wonderful guest house and hosts

You can tell from the moment you arrive that your hosts care - and that they pride themselves on offering the best in accommodations. The unit is spacious, immaculate and well appointed. The bed (and all the furniture) is comfortable. You have your own lovely patio in the well kept back yard for relaxing after a day of enjoying all that Eugene has to offer. Highly recommend this guest house.

Clean, comfortable and located in quiet neighborhood

BEST rental we ever had. The owners were personable and responsive, addressing even minor issues immediately. The unit was very comfortable, nicely appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, comfy patio chairs + umbrella, etc...... Unit was very conveniently located for our activities. Would most definitely stay there again if we ever have occasion to visit Eugene in the future.

Perfect Long-Mid rental

Everything in this place is immaculate! Kitchen is spacious and all cookware is in excellent condition. Bed is super comfy and there is a washer/dryer at your convince. 10/10 would stay again.
