With its striking black-and-white exterior, generous outdoor spaces, and refined yet comfortable interiors, this home was created for families and friends who love to gather, relax, and linger a little longer.

    Set on a corner spanning two landscaped lots, Hideaway 56 feels open and peaceful.Soft turf invites barefoot lounging, while twinkle lights overhead create the perfect evening glow. Gather around the gas fire pit, grill dinner on the Blackstone, and enjoy long conversations on the brick patio as the sun sets.

    Outside, there’s parking for two vehicles and convenient common parking just steps from the house, plus space for a golf cart if you decide to rent one for exploring town.

    The wraparound porch is where mornings begin and evenings wind down. It’s fully furnished with macramé swings, cushioned lounge chairs, and a classic porch swing, all designed for comfort and conversation. Two ceiling fans keep the air cool, and an outdoor television means you can enjoy the big game or a family movie without ever stepping inside. Portable stools double as child seats or footrests, making this outdoor space as flexible as it is charming.

    Step inside through any of the home’s three entrances, and you’ll instantly feel the warmth of a space that balances beauty with livability. Also on site seasonally, Lake Days Aqua Park offers non stop fun on the gigantic inflatable obstacle course as well as kayak, paddle board and lake cabana rentals. The house was great and exactly what we needed for our group of 6 plus more. The pictures of the house are a true reflection of the home and the outdoor area is amazing for late night swings. My review score is based on three items 1) overall amenities within Carlton landing 2) timeliness of response from property management and 3) construction. We went at spring break time but all the pools except a very small kiddy pool was closed (that wasn’t mentioned). The lake activities were also closed, which was also not disclosed. 2) I sent multiple messages to property management and the average response time was over 2 hours. Glad it wasn’t an emergency. 3) construction- there was a house being built next door and while it doesn’t change my overall score, it would have been nice to know that it was happening vs being surprised.
