Carlton springs stay

Absolutely one of the best relaxing vacations I have ever had. The house was comfortable, well stocked. Anything you could think of for kids and adults to play with or need was there and more. The spiral staircase to the 3rd floor is a bit challenging for the littler kids we had, but the teens loved it. The area and community are so adorable. If you want to relax swim or just sit out in the big porch swing THIS is the place. The management company was very quick to answer any questions I had We love to visit new places but this would be a return trip for sure!

It was fabulous!! The house was so nice!! It was spotless and smelled amazing!! Stocked with r absolutely everything!! It was a great location and the included golf cart was huge!! Our family had a great experience and will definitely be going back and recommending to all our friends!

Staycation

Very nice home and fit 12 people comfortably. We enjoyed the front porch in the mornings and back yard making s'more's in the evenings. Having a golf cart to get around was a nice extra too.

Perfect for our thanksgiving away from home

Loved everything about the property and super kind host. Everything you could even think to need was provided. Our kids enjoyed being outside all day every day. Fenced in backyard was great! We used the fire pit almost every night. Sat on the porch and watched kids play and bocce ball games. We took a day trip to Robbers Cave and shopped in Eufala. Did not want to leave. What a find! Thank you for having us!

Beautiful Home - Management & Customer Service Improvements

Review is based on:customer service-essentials needed-communication w/ management-flexibility accommodating guests-& overall experience. Happy Ours Hangout home itself rates 5*,beautiful place to stay-turf yard-3 patios-located across from Bocce ball-2 car covered parking.Well decorated homie feel w/ comfortable furnishings.It had plenty games for the kids & had plenty of separate spaces.Home was superb for our July 4th family trip,created many memories.My son was able to find new friends to play w/ during this celebration wk! Management 1*-customer service was lacking:communication 12-18 hrs for a response.Normally we can checkin early,this rental will not allow-4PM earliest.Check the home when you arrive for flaws/uncleanliness.Guests will be reliable for +fees on top of cleaning fee if floors,cabinets,counters,tvs have anything on them.Even fingerprints!Or if pillows,blankets,etc are moved & not put back.Essentials: “Starter Kit” includes:1 roll paper towels,1 roll/bath of toilet paper,1 trash bag/day.As we ran out of all & were not prepared for this-as all our other vacas had extras for use.This info was communicated during our stay & suggested to go buy some from the local store.In which was highly inconvenient w/ the amount paid per night for this holiday stay.We as guests follow all the instructed rules posted & always get exceptional clean ratings.“Guests” cleaning protocol should be updated for the future guests knowledge,as surprise fees are never fun for anyone!

College Friends Girls' Weekend

It was wonderful! Everything we could've possibly needed had already been thought about and provided! The porch swing, fire pit, and cushy sectional sofa saw a lot of reminiscing and laughter!

Great place

We loved this place. Lots of detail was put into things that a family would need. Loved the kids loft with books and games. The outdoor space was perfect and the fence was an added plus in helping us feel safe letting our little ones run around. My only small complaint.. which is very minor, but i wish there was a true fan in the master. The oscillating fan wasn’t quite enough when it’s 100+ outside and the AC unit mentions to not go below 70. Other than the fan, we were very happy here. Thanks for the memories

4th of July Weekend

We have stayed at several Carlton Landing vacation rental properties over the past two years and this one is definitely our favorite. The home was very clean and overall, inviting which made everyone in our family feel comfortable right away. A huge plus for me was the tower fans in every bedroom. Every member of our family is used to sleeping with a fan so the fact that we didn't have to bring these was a huge plus. We were within a good walking distance to both pools, The Meeting House, food trucks and the fire works! We will definitely stay here again!

The Absolute Best VRBO - Every detail!

We enjoyed a girls weekend and had the absolute best time. Everything from the decor (so so precious) to the cleanliness, was perfect. The home is fully stocked with anything you could possibly want or need. We enjoyed having a phone charger in every room, the Andes mints, the makeup towels in the bathroom, welcome snacks, game options, throw blankets, and so much more. This is hands down the best VRBO we have ever stayed in and we would 100% recommend it to anyone and everyone. It was perfect for our group. It’s walking distance to The Meeting House where we enjoyed coffee and lunch both days (super yummy), and centrally located in the neighborhood. We very much enjoyed our stay! Go, you won’t regret it.

Everything you need in a vacation home

This beautiful house has everything you need in a home away from home. The kitchen is fully stocked, along with the bathrooms. The living room and bedrooms were very cozy and comfortable. This was a perfect get away for our sisters Birthday retreat. We rented a golf cart to get around in the beautiful neighborhood to the pools, restaurants, and shops, and more.
