"The pictures on Expedia doesn't do the place justice. Its a little hidden gem. With live entertainment with good food and drinks. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean but basic. Happy to stay there again. "

"The hotel is fabulous, the staff are incredibly friendly and the rooms are clean and luxurious. The only thing that could be improved is to fit air conditioning in the rooms. At night the room became quite stuffy and it's not possible to open patio doors at night. Apart from that - amazing"

"The check in is in the pub which is fine. Friendly greeting. Parking very close so that's great. Room big. Basic. Shower good. Room has the distant smell of cigarettes. Probably lingering in the sofa bed. My company laptop and mobile wouldn't accept the Marston's WiFi so I had to toggle from my personal phone. Nearby M&S was perfect as I didn't want to dine in the pub."

"Mi estancia, que no ha sido la primera, ha sido estupenda. Me alojo ahí por trabajo y bastantes de mis colegas eligen este hotel. Buena comunicación para llegar al aeropuerto de East Midlands. Cerca de restaurantes, bares, etc. El Personal muy amable y servicial. Lo recomiendo y además me volveré a alojar allí de nuevo. "

"The hotel room and entire top floor was incredibly hot which is not nice in hot weather, this wouldn’t have been a problem if the air conditioning wasn’t broken on the entire top floor. There was also no way to change the temperature of the water in the shower so that was also very hot and it gave off a strange smell when used. Hotel lift was also broken the entire weekend and being on the third floor and no staff offering to help in a 4 star hotel seems a bit of a let down"
