"We had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. The gardens are large, lots if flowers, large trees, birds, and monkeys. The facilities need some maintenance and the trash should be picked up from the gardens. A great value and a nice refuge from Addis. Horses were fun and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant had good food."

"Nos Pusieron en una habitación de dos cuando éramos tres personas porque según niños expedía solo había pagado 82 $ cuando mi reserva era de 94 €. Perdimos más de dos horas discutiendo hasta conseguir la tercera cama. No es nuestro problema lo que expedía le cobra al Hotel. Tuve que enseñar mi extracto bancario para que comprobarán que había pagado 94 €"

"Es un hotel situado en una bonita zona, el exterior es muy bonito con grandes árboles y bonitos jardines, sin embargo la dirección del hotel es simplemente inexistente, las habitaciones están viejas y descuidadas, alquilamos 3 habitaciones y las 3 duchas estaban rotas. Después de 3 días aún no encontraban nuestra reserva y nos tuvieron una hora esperando en el check out hasta que conseguimos resolver el entuerto. "I have traveled the world with my family, and HIGHLY recommend the Mayleko Lodge. I selected the lodge at random, and was glad I did. The service was incredible. The Hotel Manger paid personal visits to our room to ensure that we were doing well, and in one case noted we were late for breakfast, and offered to arrange room service so we would not miss our breakfast. The Hotel Manger also arranged sightseeing with a very knowledgeable local guide that my son and I very much enjoyed. The Food...

"El personal amable es lo único cierto de lo que prometen. Reservé una habitacion con cama king. Hay 2, una no tine vista, y la que tiene vista tiene una cama normal. El hervidor eléctrico no saben lo que es. Tiene TV pero sin señal. Suelos desclabados, enchufes colgando, lá mparas que no funcionan, botes de jabón y champú vacíos, ducha sin presión, etcc. Estvimos varias horas sin luz y casi un día entero sin agua. Muy cerca de este establecimiento se encuentra el Top Twelve, por el mismo precio,...

"Excellent and friendly service from my birding guide, who took me on a comprehensive walk around the property to spot many birds. Bear in mind that this property is quite remote, so power is very limited and it takes a long time to get there (long dirt road from the highway). I wasn't impressed that the rubbish bin in the bathroom of my room had not been emptied, so cleanliness could definitely be improved. Be aware that there are many bugs, as the hut-style rooms are right next to the lake."

"They never tell you that you have to walk for 1 hour uphill without a path in the rocks. If you arrive after 4:30 pm you won’t be able to get to the lodge as it will be dark. Forget if it’s raining. The owner was not expecting us. There were 2 small torches for the lodge. The windows are not tight so there was a hurricane inside your bedroom in the middle of the night.
